Stanze molto ampie, vicino a un centro commerciale che offre anche soluzioni per mangiare. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione con vasta scelta internazionale con prodotti ottimi.

A short and sweet stay.

The bed was one of the best - I really loved the bed over more expensive name brand hotels. The staff also really friendly. The location right beside a mall also excellent.

The buffet food not great but the staff were excellent. Due to mall close by there were few local restaurants in the area. Also I was there for work so didn’t use the pool but it didn’t feel very private - but good for people with kids.

The hospitality, ease of check-in, and warm staffs made it a memorable family stay.

I had the pleasure of a five-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza, from August 19th to August 24th, 2023, with my wife and parents. The experience was pleasant, with attentive and polite staff making the check-in process smooth.

I did encounter some challenges with the hotel parking. It was a bit tight to get into the dedicated parking space, and mostly, the requirement to collect a stamp at the lobby each time to exit the hotel car park was quite inconvenient. It would be wonderful if the parking process could be streamlined in the future to enhance the guest experience.

I like the service of all the staff there. They assisted me during my breakfast picks, and also tidied up my room well and made towel decorations for me everyday. i felt welcomed

Everything is perfect!

They play the same Indonesian children’s songs the whole day by the swimming pool when we stayed there!

The staff, especially the ones in the restaurants are extremely super friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center of Surabaya and being attached to the big mall is an added value for those who like shopping.

The indoor carpen in my room produced a strange smell. I assumed it was water spilled on it by previous guests and the damb made it producing unpleasant smell.

Good value for money hotel with outstanding customer service and new modern facilities

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean, new and modern. All of the staff were so friendly and polite and greet us from reception, concierge, house keeping and pool staff

friendly, relaxing and luxurious

The location of Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza is very good. Only 50 mtrs from Tunjungan Plaza, with shops, cinemas and restaurants. Breakfast is enormous. Local and international breakfast is availlable. Rooms are very clean, bathroom modern and spacious.

It was a great experience

Location, hospitality and of course the room and the aminities.

The music in the lobby was too loud, so it was quite annoying when we want to have a meeting in the lobby.

Early check in. Nice breakfast and location

I dislike the floor where there is an outdoor walkway in front of the rooms. It feels less private and I have to always keep my window curtain closed as I am afraid if someone will peek inside.

sheraton is the most cleaness hotel in tunjungan area, staff are good, great hospitality, food was great !! we stay 2 weeks at suite room, my wife request to eat breakfast at our room, and the hotel can do that !! 😍
