Best memory for Hangzhou trip.

As a luxury hotel, I have to say you can ask for help or reservations or other requests before you check-in. E.g. you can book a table at its Black Pearl Chinese restaurant - Jinsha, or you can ask them to book tickets for Impression of Westlake - btw I got the best seats for the show,. The hotel owns a private garden besides Westlake, so you can enjoy a peaceful time for your wandering. Also it has a private dock for a reserved boat cruise or even plus a privileged breakfast course on the boat. Best location as well - very convenient for Linyin Temple or other temples near around or Longjing Village. Yes it is expensive, but if you want to have a terrific treatment for you and your families, I'd recommend to stay here at least once in Hangzhou.

Perfect

Not much to say, Four Seasons is the leading hotel brand for a reason. Everything was perfect as expected. Plus the hotel grounds is simply amazing.

Shame the outdoor pool was closed. And they did cancel a boat tour that I booked on the basis of "wind" however I did see other tour boats out on the lake at the time, not a deal breaker but a shame.

We had a peaceful, comfortable stay, weather is spectacular, staff are exceptional.

Food quality, presentation and choices are great for all meals. Good view from restaurant and pleasant environment.

Very good

Location was good if you just want to stay within walking distance around the lake. Rooms were very well equipped and comfortable.

Was expecting a bit more in terms of layout and grounds...for a hotel in this price range the surrounding gardens and outside areas were a bit limited, but what was there was very well maintained and cared for. Only two restaurants to choose from with limited opening times.

Amazing Team!

Despite of the hotel facilities, location (which is remarkable) and the food! the whole Team of Four Season was the best we have ever met! from the kitchen until the reception, everyone makes you feel so special and in a genuine way that is hard to express through words! Special thanks to Sisi, Cherry, Penny, Mya, Leo, Cibyl, Xiang and Michael! I hope to see you soon!

One of the best places you can stay!

The food in both restaurants is exceptional, the place is great and the personalized service from the staff is amazing, is definitely an amazing place. I would like to emphasize on the staff service that took all the attentions to the next level. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the pools were closed due to maintenance, which is understandable. Upside, the staffed enabled a pool in one of the villas so we could still use a swimming pool. Minor issue that doesn't change the amazing services provided
