Home from Home.

We booked an apartment at Fraser Place, Robertson Walk for my elderly parents to stay in when they visited from the UK. One of the main factors for our choice was because it was very close to where we live. However, once my parents were checked in, we realised there was so much more to Fraser Place, it is a lovely development, well thought out and very friendly. All the staff are wonderful from reception to housekeeping, all warm and friendly. There was one member of staff that went above and beyond: Din the Concierge, he has worked there for many years, and he supported me personally with the arrangements, prior to my parents arriving, and he looked after them once they were there; checking in with them to make sure they were OK. Thank you Din! The apartment was spacious, clean and airy. Every detail had been thought about, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, including a washer drier, convection microwave, coffee machine and all the usual pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc. The king size bedroom was large and there was plenty of storage, the bathrooms were clean and provided what was needed. My mum and dad enjoyed the wonderful breakfast in the morning and especially liked to walk round the 3rd floor roof gardens. Both my parents were very happy there, saying it was like a home from home, and are looking forward to returning. Fraser Place, Robertson Walk will now be our go-to serviced apartment. Thank you to all the team!

Too many noisy, unsupervised children at the pool, it put my father off swimming, and they did not feel comfortable even sitting out there.

Excellent overall. Would stay here again.

Very spacious and homey for group travels. We especially liked that there were kitchen stuff we can use. The free refillable coffee pods were a nice touch as well.

The breakfast was just ok. Not much variety especially if you stay there for a longer period of time - but still, decent and not bad.

Просторные удобные апартаменты, хорошая уборка в номерах, полотенца, тапочки, все необходимые принадлежности для проживания постоянно пополнялись, много места для хранения вещей. В самом комплексе расположены кафе, рестораны, рядом прогулочная набережная. Месторасположение комплекса очень удачное для прогулок по большому городу - рядом и центр, и другие точки притяжения туристов.

Хотелось бы чуть разнообразить меню на завтраки.

Excellent établissement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre était très bien équipée, grande et très propre. Juste la salle de bain un peu petite mais ce n’est pas si important. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. L’hôtel est bien situé. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ici.

Had a nice 8-day stay with my family.

Location was great for walking around. It was nice to have a basic breakfast included. All of the staff are lovely. At breakfast, they try to remember your order for the next day(s), which is always a nice touch. The one-bedroom was spacious enough for 2 adults + 1 child. The children's amenities were a nice treat for my 4-year old. She enjoyed the playground and playroom at breakfast. The children's pool is looking pretty worn down though, looks like it needs a bit of a refresh. Robertson is quite lively on the weekends. The bedroom had good soundproofing (living room, not as much).

The bathroom -- it was very small with very little counter space. They should add hooks for hanging the hand towels by the sink. It was quite awkward washing my hands, then turning around and getting the floor wet by the toilet to dry them. Also, having to climb in and out of the tub for the shower was not very convenient, and at times, was a bit of a safety hazard. Definitely would not recommend for anyone staying with mobility issues. It was nice to have daily housekeeping. However, one of the housekeepers was more thorough than the other, so we weren't always sure what we'd get.

GRUBBY, DATED AND NEEDS UPGRADING IN MANY AREAS❗️

LOCATION and easy Access to Metro Station to Everywhere

Accommodation....Grubby, dated, lacking comfort and luxury feel. Need urgent upgrading in all areas❗️ Breakfast area on 3rd floor not easy to find at first try. Food and beverages....poorly displayed, poor quality and standards in several areas, plus inadequate offerings.

Great Location

Friendly staff who were attentive to our needs. The location was great with many restaurants and bars close by. The morning breakfast buffet was adequate.

Time for this property to freshen up its facilities - they are getting dated. Whilst the property met our needs for the 4 adults and 2 children in our party - maybe time for refurbishment.

Excellent location, service was amazing and acoomodating, rooms are spacious, modern and clean.

Room was spacious, big living area and kitchen with everything one needs, including a washer/drier combo. Location is perfect, so many bars and restaurants in just minutes, close to a supermarket, Clarke Quay and even play area in the courtyard for little ones.

The size of the room was large, but the size of the bathroom was very small, the door opens into the bathroom, and one has to squeeze in to get to the toilet behind the door. A simple solution would be replacing door to open out not into the bathroom :)

Very clean , spacious, tidy, daily housekeeping who were excellent, good service, pool, play area, gym, we love Singapore and ease of getting taxis, air con was great, good wifi, washer dryer, had all the essentials

The area is less busy or touristy but you can easily get taxis anywhere you want to go

We really enjoyed our stay there 🙂

The staff was very nice. Very thoughtful with our toddler with little presents on arrival and an Easter party ! The appartement had everything we needed, spacious and clean. Well situated with a bus stop, coffees and shops very close.

Breakfast could be better but still okay.

Excellent stay. Would return again.

The staff were so friendly. The pool was lovely. The breakfast selection was nice. The rooms were comfortable and beds nice. The maid service was great. Easy to check in and out. Close to the MRT and a supermarket.

disappointing for 9.0 score. 7 tops.

location, close to everything. lots of attractions are within walking distance.

property and interior is very much dated, I was told it has not been refurbished since 1989 when it’s built. hallway was smelly. most staff I dealt with are good except for one I found bit rude. this hotel mainly caters for business purpose and is lacking facilities for tourists for example shuttle bus, and staff has no info on attractions / tours.

Lovely place - we will be back

Good location near MRT, also there's a food court for your cheap Chinese walking to River Valley Rd for local food. Lots of good restaurants and pubs around with a nice walk by the river. Also big space as my father is disabled with large toilets.

Maybe the kid pool is getting bit aged especially the slide, and breakfast can be a little bit better. The pubs below does make it a bit noisy at night, it's not bad, but could use extra glazing.

Overall comfortable stay but don’t expect it to be a 4 star or 5 star hotel.

location close to Clarke quay. rooms were spacious and clean.

building is old and it shows up in the interiors of the room. surely not a 4 or 5 star accommodation. felt a bit overpriced as compared to other hotels in the vicinity.
