We stayed in a standard room. The location is perfect for everything in Sultanamet. You can see the Hagia Sofia when you step outside, its not far from Grand bazaar and Spice market. It has a resturant attached and there are people there that speak English and were very helpful. The resturant is quite expensive though. The room was quite large and had a lovely view over the Bridge and the Bospherous. It was reasonably clean had everything you need for a comfy stay. The man in reception was lovely despite not speaking English. The hotel is in an area where cars are not allowed so you have to stop a couple of streets away. The taxi we had rang the hotel and someone came and met us and took our luggage and escorted us to the hotel. The same happened when we left, the taxi driver came and picked us up and took our luggage to the taxi. Great service! I would recommend staying there especially because of location. If you were a solo traveller, its very safe and secure.

I dont think the bathroom sink was cleaned, so I did it myself and it was noticeably cleaner.

we came to Istanbul to have a peace of mind, but Unfortunately we had the worst experience ever with this hotel or Motel i can say. most of the reviews which are highlighted for this hotel are not true and misleading. The access to the hotel is not possible with a taxi , we had to walk for 300 meter with my wife and my little daughter with all luggage to reach it. There is no proper reception area, just a small desk with one man show only in this hotel. The Ambiance was very bad. Nobody was there to help us ! The staff are hanging there clothes in the reception area and you can see the food deliveries bags on the tables. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. The telephone cable in the room was not working, the TV was not working properly. The Wifi was down all the time. The AC was dripping water and was noisy, the pillow sheets were not clean and small fridge is not working at all. The bed had no blanket just a small sheet , the smell in the room was very bad and dusty , the walls were scratched and you can hear the people from the other rooms. No privacy at all !!! Please check out the PHOTOS.... The breakfast was less than normal, the bread was not fresh even though my daughter couldn't eat it. They have charged me also for an orange juice !! whenever we ask for the manger the staff will say he is in spain for a holiday!!!! Can you imagine !! We have paid around 1300 EURO for a suit for 6 days but we were shocked with the Hotel Condition. we could have booked in 5 stars hotel in istanbul with less than 800 Euros. I wanted to write more but i think its a waste of time. i don't recommend anyone to book at FUEGO DESIGN SUITS where you can find better options at al fatih Area

An excellent small hotel in a pedestrian area close to all the attractions in Sultanahmet. We had 4 nights in 502 and after a trip away from Istanbul we had 1 night in 501. Both rooms have a view of Hagia Sophia and 501 also has a view of the Blue Mosque - 502 is a one bedroom apartment and 501 is a studio. Both have good bathrooms. You will hear the calls to prayer but this is not unusual anywhere we went in Turkiye. We had 2 trips each way to the airport. Traffic is chaotic, except at 4am. Our first drop off we were met by the reception person at the nearest street but the second dropped us off 4 minutes away. Luckily, we knew the area after our first visit. Both pick ups the driver rang reception and they escorted us to the car and helped with the bags. It is an easy walk to Sultanahmet tram stop. Many hotels are in this area and many will have similar access problems due to narrow streets and pedestrian areas. I would definitely stay in Fuego Design Suites again if I go back to Istanbul.

Excellent location and view, and extremely friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, looked just as in the pictures. Thank you for the hospitality and the fantastic time, would come back again any time!

Yes, the muezzin is loud early in the morning, but we are used to getting up early because of our 2 kids so it did not really bother us. Everything else was perfect.

Very cozy and confortable suite Nr 501, the views to the musks from the terrace are simply breathtaking. Is in a walking distance to all the mayor atractions in Istambul, and also great personnel in the Staff.
