Little gem in the heart of Nisantasi

The hotel has the best location. It is quite in the morning and at night. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super attentive.

Outstanding!! Well def stay here again. The staff were superb and so very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.

The only drawback was the lighting in all the rooms have to be increased.

- the location is great, just in the middle of the shopping area. - the room was clean and well organized. - the staff were outstanding ( all of them ) at the door , reception and housekeeping ( which goes from the extra mile by arranging my wife’s makeup)

- there was a bad smell at my room ( 405 ), I informed the recipient and they sent the housekeeper to check it out and try to fix it but even after spraying air refresher and keeping the window open for 12 hours, the smell was still there. - the breakfast was a la carte not a buffet.

the location was good and most of the staff ,the housekeeper they was amazing ,but what I liked most is the reception employee Ishmael he make use feel welcome and he help us a lot ,good hard worker guy special thank you for him and all the stuff

the is no place to do makeup All mirrors are blacked out in funny way, when we ask too have one normal mirror they said there isn’t the hotel Italian restaurant is so bad to the level I felt it is culture insulting Against Italian food :)

Prime location boutique hotel

Prime location, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are very clean and nice, the rain shower in the bathroom is one of the best, and I loved the style of the rooms. I highly recommend this place.

Rooms are not very big, I wouldn’t recommend taking a room for three it will feel small, take two rooms instead.

Almost Everything was great.

The size of the room was smaller than one expected from an executive room. Apart from that the hotel Was good.
