It was a great weekend stay.

Great stay love the modern look to it all.

Walls are thin. Get the top floor or you will hear everyone walking above you.

Broken glass on floor in room. Wear shoes, I have glass embedded in the bottom of my foot. Bed comfortable. Breakfast go

The location and modernness of the hotel was nice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

A previous guest must have broken glass and it did not get cleaned up, unfortunately I stepped on a piece of glass and it embedded into the bottom of my foot. We could not remove it and it was very painful. We went on to find additional pieces of glass under the bed and in the closet as well. We alerted the front desk staff and the response was “ok,thanks” painful lesson learned always wear shoes.

The staff was nice, the hotel was conveniently located and clean, but the other guests were a bit inconsiderate.

The location was convenient, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was nice.

The people above me were stomping around and sliding things across the floor all night. I could hear every step they took which was very annoying. I think I finally went to sleep at 1 AM. They woke me up in the morning before my alarm even went off as well because they had dropped something heavy on the floor or something. I don’t think I’d like to stay in a room with anyone above me at this location again. Normally, at other hotels, I can’t hear the other rooms above me.

Good stay, horrible night worker.

Nice hotel! Loved it.

The night staff was completely rude- buddy we don’t care if you think we were so loud (we weren’t) do not ever tell a bunch of adults to be quite when we are grown. Ridiculous service and no one asked you to work in hotel!! You made our stay absolutely worse for no reason.

Nice place.

The pool, the breakfast, great staff

There was a clicking noise in the room coming from the tv and it wouldn’t stop and the people above us were running around and stomping through the ceiling.

Pretty but loud.

Very clean, modern, spacious.

Unfortunately it is loud. The walls and ceilings are thin. The doors require slamming to shut so you hear guests coming and going as well as housekeeping. Very nicely designed but personally I'd stay at a slightly less pretty hotel in the future because of the unfortunate noise.

We enjoyed our comfortable stay, the friendly staff, and the convenient location.

Breakfast was very good and the staff are so friendly! Room was clean and very comfortable.

I wish there were a nightlight in the bathroom - older guests often get up in the night and don't like turning on bright lights. And the bath towels are pretty thin.

Excellent stay, close to main roads for touristy stuff, staff was helpful and room was great

Room was clean, beds were comfortable - lots of hangers in the closet (loved this) Breakfast was incredibly good - best I've ever had in a buffet style breakfast and everything they offered was great.

There was nothing I disliked but would have liked to have small light (nightlight)

Whimsical, up to date, modern hotel.

What a nice up to date hotel! Clean and modern. Fun colors and designs. Breakfast was lovely, fresh made yogurt with toppings you can add. The pancake maker was different and fun. Lots of variety for breakfast. Hot food, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits plus fresh fruit. The room we had was on the 4th floor, backing up to the woods. Quiet and really dark. Loved the automatic blinds.

The toilet ran all night and the air conditioning units are loud.

Was pleasantly surprised.

For the price it was way better than I expected. Everything was clean. It had a more upscale feel than what I am seeing this hotel starred at. I personally liked the no carpet floors. Rooms were decent size. The sliding door on the bathroom is a nice touch but would rather be more shut due the proximity to the beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not get to use the pool but looked good. Wished there was a hot tub, but this is a not a deal breaker for me. I liked the breakfast. Automatic pancake cooking machine was different. All in all, was pleasantly surprised. For the price I paid would highly recommend.

Great location, the smell in the hotel was refreshing every time we walked in.

It's always great to have breakfast included so you don't have to rush off in the morning. The location was central to everything we did. We enjoyed the stay. The smell was amazing! We commented on it every time we walked in.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. I'm just used to my mattress, it was nothing they did wrong. Pillows were small, but since I slept alone I used them all!

Convenient location. Room was very spacious Loved that there was no carpet in the room . Bathroom was modern,clean and spacious and the shower worked really well with almost no wait for the water to come out warm. Coffee and really cold drinking water 24/7 was really great to have

Excellent value!

The rooms are very modern. We liked how clean and sleek they are. The bed was comfy and the pillows were plentiful! We will definitely be back! It was a great location.

Very good hotel and the rate is very reasonable.

They have a free EV charging station (for guests), which made it so convenient for me to charge my EV overnight.

For our room (king bed), there is not enough closets or drawers, so we kept most of our cloths in the luggage.

Wonderful experience

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The couple we were traveling with and a minor issue with their room but the staff quickly made it right. Breakfast was very good. The location was good. Plenty of parking. Clean modern rooms.

The bed was a little firm for my taste and the pillows were odd and square but not a deal breaker.

This stylish, modern hotel is a great value when staying in Asheville.

Check-in, breakfast, check-out all went very smoothly. Decor is nice, modern, clean, stylish. In room refrigerators also a nice surprise. Overall a great value!

Great place to relax and drop your bags for a stay in Asheville.

The hotel is set a little off the main downtown area so not terrible traffic around the hotel and easy to get into the city. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. When we checked in there was just the one guy behind the desk but he helped us check-in and then helped to find a pack n play for our baby. Guy's a champ and I wish I remembered his name.

If I need to find a negative it would be the gym was quite small, but it was the cleanest gym in a hotel this size I've seen.
