城市里不错的公寓选择！

不错的选择，房间温馨，但是L长沙发有点占空间，并且用处不大。在名古屋这样的大城市，是一家三口住一套公寓不错的选择。附近有大须商业街，观音院，科学馆，都很不错。前台人员很热情，我们离开的那天前台小妹会中文，还帮我们打电话叫出租车，当时是周一早晨，出租车很不好叫，小妹打了好几家公司的电话，非常认真，赞一个！

1.交通略有不便，从JR名古屋过来，坐地铁不是太方便，所以我们往返都是打车，1400-1500円左右 2.房间内部的遗憾是：有电磁炉、烤箱、微波炉，却没有任何锅碗瓢盆刀铲，不符合公寓的概念吧。

子ども大喜びです

動物園コラボルームに宿泊しました。子供がとても楽しんでいました！怖い動物もいましたが仲良く遊んでいました。部屋も清潔でお風呂も広く快適です。親子3世代一部屋で泊まれる部屋探していたので大満足でした！また利用したいです。

Great place to stay!

There were so many facilities for rental, and the staff were all so helpful! The room was very large and we enjoyed the themed aspect.

Location was quite hard to get to from Nagoya Station with our luggages.

お風呂が広い、キッチンがあるのが良かった

我覺得地點還可以，離大須觀音走路大約10分鐘左右，飯店人員服務態度和整潔明亮度我都給高度評價，唯獨空間這方面我覺得稍嫌可惜，我和朋友們要輪流使用地板的空間才能整理行李廂。

櫃台人員的服務態度很好，整體的房間整潔度、設備也都很棒！

房間的大沙發是很舒適沒錯，但整體其實沒什麼空間可以走動和整理行李廂，不大方便。

Good room, location is left a lot to be desired.

Good hospitality. Room had everything you need, and reception offered plenty of activities/services for free (e.g. we rented a Nintendo Switch free of charge)

Location is far from anything of interest other than a few market like stores.

Great stay for families. We would definitely recommend

It had everything you needed. Just need to ask reception. Perfect for families. Our kids loved the soft toys and were in heaven with the big bath, Alexa and Netflix

I am very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

Amenities are excellent.And the staff was very helpful. The rooms were well equipped.

Location was poor and far from downtown.

Wish we had stayed longer!

The location was convenient to Osu Kannon area. the staff was helpful and friendly. We really liked the family room itself. The beds were comfortable, the double bunk beds were well designed (with the slidable walls of the bunk beds, my son loves the bunker-like bottom bunk), the room was well laid out and the amenities were nice.

The top bunk was a bit too hot - the air conditioner didn’t blow that direction. (Room 503)

Exceptional

Everything was good in the hotel. Everything was working, and there were English instructions on the ventilation in the bathroom. The coffee n tea pod machine was awesome. The children loved the bunk beds. The Pyjamas was comfortable. It was close to local train station.

Nothing not to like other than the size of the room if you have family of 5 with large luggage per person.

Zoo room!

Loved the zoo themed room. The layout of the room was really functional and having the washing machine was so helpful. The large closet space was good for a 3 night stay. We also made good use of the provided pod coffee machine.

It would be great to have some plates and cutlery in the room as it has a small kitchen but no amenities for it to used.

Great stay!

The room was spacious (compared to other Japanese hotels) and fun to stay in, we loved the TV facilities, the sofa, and the bunk bed. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with a microwave, a stovetop, toaster oven, large fridge, and Keurig machine with many coffee and tea options. The bathroom and tub was very comfortable and in a separate room from the toilet. Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay. The staff were also very helpful and kind in helping us.

The location was a bit far from Nagoya station which made it a bit difficult to get to with big luggages coming from other cities (we traveled from Kyoto station), but acceptable as it was close enough to Osu Kannon station (10 min walk) and had food options around.

very nice staff, clean and spacious room with lots of amenities, there's even a leg massager and dyson airwrap in the room!

only a small thing that I have to ask to know that kitchen tools need to be rent at the reception counter, It'd be better to write it on the manual in the room :)

Friendly staff with spacious room

Friendly staff, spacious room with lot of facilities, amenities. There is even a full size auto hand sanitizer machine in the room.

Location is slightly far from the OSU shopping district and without onsite parking. Not a big issue.

This place is perfect for family especially with small children. most of the equipment were latest version.

Apartment was clean. Well-located and Times lot/parking available close-by. Amenities available in lobby were nice.

Would have been helpful to have dish soap/sponge in kitchen and hand soap in toilet room.
