Beautiful property, fantastic location, great staff. The free coffee 24/7 is a highlight. Great mattresses, had some of the best sleep here at night.
The room design could make more efficient use of the space available but this is a minor point. There was very loud pumping music during the day, I think from the hostel next door, which would make working from here or resting during the day difficult.

Good Hotel is a beautiful hotel, both in its industrial design as well as in its "soul" - as the benefits go to underprivileged local families. I was very touched reading the story behind the hotel. While I fell sick during my stay at the hotel, i could not have wished for a better and more comfortable place to recover. I just told my worries to the worry-doles, and let the place do its magic đ. It worked!

This is a fantastic and very nice hotel. We really liked to stay at the Good Hotel and we would definately go back there. The hotel is very clean, modern, quiet and a great place to hang out. The staff is also very friendly and there is a very good restaurant (Saul's) right next to it.

The restaurant is good.
For the price the rooms are not good enough.
Didnt even have a TV.
overpriced.
For that price you can get something way better elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, tranquil courtyard garden to hang out in, great location and wonderful staff
No ac in the rooms and no way to create cross ventilation so the room was quite hot at night. The shower only had one temperature (pleasantly hot) so couldn't be used to cool off.

I love the mission to give back. And the outdoor shower!
The staff are very discreet and provide help when asked. I wish they had been a little friendlier to someone staying 2 weeks.

Great location, calm and quiet property. Rooms very clean and the beds/ pillows were really comfortable.
The lighting in the room was poor. We could have used more lamps (we stayed in one of the two story lofts) since ceiling light was minimal.

The breakfast menu was comprehensive. My choice was a classic tortilla, refried beans and eggs - totally delicious. The venue was as good as I could have expected, open air, open plan and comfortable. Staff attentive too!
I have no complaints, my stay was wonderful

Very comfortable and beautiful boutique hotel. The common areas and the rooms were restored with a great sense of style. Everything was well thought out, very clean and kept in a perfect condition. It had some nice details, like the filter coffee in the room, or the well chosen, premium bath products. They also have interesting ways to work with local businesses and people to create positive impact.

i loved my stay at the Good Hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Prior to our stay in Antigua I considered a range of accommodation, however settled for Good Hotel due to its sustainable focus. So when I arrived I was so happy to know that this sustainable and kind-hearted focus is evident throughout property and itâs staff. The staff were by far a stand out - always so happy and willing to help, whilst the restaurant was a close second - serving a wide variety of food and drinks throughout the day.
the only issue with this property is it was relatively noisy at night, as you could hear other guests. i am a heavy sleeper so it did not impact me too much, however I know this may be an issue for some.

We loved everything. Great location, staff and decor. Most importantly however is knowing that all money goes to their NGO supporting local kids to get an education. A one night stay supports a child's education for one week. The story behind this hotel is admirable and I hope they can expand beyond the current three hotels, 2 in Guatemala and 1 in London

I loved how clean and serene the rooms were. The place was a dream for the price and donât get me started on the gorgeous well maintained garden, what a view! I also loved her amiable and attentive the staff were. My room was cleaned just as quickly as and I didnât lack anything. The restaurant was also an added plus for those that didnât want to travel too far for food.
The restaurant didnât have much Guatemalan food. I didnât travel to Guatemala to eat burgers and crepes lol I can always have those back at the U.S.
