Extra large room that is walking distance to so many shops and restaurants.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love the extra large room that fits our family of 5 perfectly. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the paid parking lots are right around the corner from the hotel, so driving there by car isn't a problem.

The pillows were harder this time than I remembered and there was a bug in the bathroom to greet us when we arrived. Having stayed there before and not experiencing that, I would still stay there again in hopes that it was a fluke.

２泊３日の名古屋滞在を広々楽しめました。

大須商店街にほど近く、私達の滞在目的に適したとても良いロケーションだった。３人部屋は広く、モダンで落ち着いた内装で良かった。広いソファーとテーブルスペースがあって、子供達がおもちゃを広げたり、絵を描いたり、本を読んだりするのに重宝した。シャワールームも脱衣所も広くて、便利だった。

到着時間に関する質問メールに返答したにも関わらず、その後も同じ質問メールがブッキングサイト経由で幾度となく届いたこと。玄関に自動感知のライトがあって、玄関横の洗面所に行くたびにライトが付くのだが、子供を先に寝かしつけて寝室部分を消灯した後、洗面所へ行くたびにライトが付いてしまい、入り口に一番近い場所に寝ている人に、明かりが直にあたってしまうので、寝室と玄関（洗面所）の間に、扉かカーテンなどがあったら良いと思った。あるいは、玄関の自動感知モードを必要に応じて切り替えられればいいなと思いました。

It is very difficult to find room for a family of 5. This hotel was very exceptional and was able to accommodate me and my family.

ファミリーで、寝るだけならオススメ！歩いてすぐ、有名な味仙のお店もあるし、立地は最高！スタッフの方も親切で感じの言い方でした！

とても綺麗で、無料で洗濯機等が使えた事が良かった！繁華街とかでは無いので、騒音もなくゆっくり出来ました。

トイレは、お風呂とは別のところにあるといいと思いました。トイレやお風呂の面で、家族以外では使いづらい気がします。浴槽があるとなお良かったです！

Superb

Easy check in, great location, ample space for my family while we explored Nagoya.

I wish there were instructions on how to turn down the brightness of the motion sensor lights near the bathroom so you don't get so much light in the middle of the night.

Spacious and relaxing

Good location. Clean and tidy. Love the Japanese vibe in the hotel. Spacious room. I like how there's room for big group and that there's sofa in the room for us to gather together.

Would love to have more amenities. Would be great to have luggage storage services.

Little gem

Spacious room and clean facilities. Nice and quiet. Very convenient as it was next to the coin laundry shop.

Slightly further from JR station. Wasn't able to check in earlier....

Fantastic hotel!

This hotel was excellent! It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and walking distance to so much. We will definitely stay there again every time we are in Nagoya!

excellent economic place for a city holiday :)

The room has a nice cool design and it is very comfortable. The location is excellent- closed to the science and art museums. It is also closed to the center of the city. we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we visit Nagoya.

it was a comfortable stay and the location really great. many restaurants and there’s laundry store next to it. they did

very cleand and modern with Japanese furniture touch. bed and pillow very comfortable

they didn’t serve any amenities such cotton bud, of cotton pad. they just give you a toothpaste and tooth brush beside shampoo and soap.

Lovely hotel, great location

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The location was within easy walking distance of restaurants and things to do. Pay parking close by as well

The beds were pretty hard.
