When traveling in Taipei, I will always stay at this hotel.

The people were very courteous and professional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and close to everything.

I was not able to communicate well in their language, but they had people who spoke English, and it helped.

Good Hotel, Convenient Location, Good Value.

Good location for public transportation, 100 meters from MRT (straight out Exit 1, can't miss the place). Comfortable room, good bathroom, nice bed. Breakfast is okay. Friendly staff.

They only clean the room every other day. Ordering a beer in the lobby bar was a bit of a challenge (the bartender also manages the front desk and one day they forgot to stock the bar refrigerator with beer).

Great Location

Pros: -Big rooms compare to other hotels. Since our companions stayed in another hotel so I have comparisons. -Shower working properly. I like its hot water. -Complete room ammenities and accessories.From own fridge to blowers. -Clean rooms. -Staffs can speak english. -Courteous and helpful staffs. -Very near to train station FUZHONG STATION EXIT 1 Blue line. Just beside the road so you will see immediately. -There's a nearby family mart. And a lot of stores across the hotel. Superb for its location!

Cons: -The bed was too soft. On the 1st night we just slept on the floor since the floor has carpet. -Too slippery tiles in the bathroom. -Please improve the internet connection. Because at times it is intermittent. -There is no Bidet. You will just use the shower area to clean yourself. -We just don't like their breakfast food. Maybe it's good for others but for us not. Too much chinese style. Too much herbs and spices.

we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and love how the night market is within walking distance

love the service, friendly and helpful staff. accommodation was clean, bed and pillow was comfortable. we were given an upgrade to a room with its own luggage storage and corner with no guests room next to us. that really helps as we had young children and it’s very considerate of the accommodation to offer us this room.

the laundry room is rather isolated and can be abit scary.

Great stay around Banqiao area

Although the property is quite old but the design and maintenance was still very good. I’ve been upgraded to a bigger room with living room and walking closet. Room is very spacious and the bathroom is detailed in function and amenities. Check in and service were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good as well! Location is also very close walking station from Fuzhong MRT Station.
