THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH. IT'S A FREE SMOKING HOTEL. PEOPLE CAN SMOKE IN THE ELEVETOR. SPIT IN THE ASHTRAY

Superb

Reasonably good location. You are short walk toWest Lake, and the walk to the main area has lots of nice tourist shops and coffee shops along the route. There are amusing cleaning robots in the lobby. The staff are helpful and patient.

The view from the window isn't much to gaze at (it's just the fairly boring city really) The exterior of the hotel was undergoing a big refurb when I visited - it looked like a building site from the outside. That said I didn't hear any construction noise in my room.

Never again!

From first entry to check-out, nothing really pleasant to say about this hotel.

The rooms smell like the dust of the last 50 years is still in there. The gym was closed without any information in advance, no hair dryer, really old fashion interior, none of the staff speaks English well enough to communicate.

there was a bit unpleasant at the beginning, but staff at Metropark solved nicely and I’m very satisfied with my stay he

Very nice view at 12th floor with no noise at all. and the facilities are quite new and it looks like it’s just newly decorated. The breakfast can be provided from 6:30-10:00, with many different food and cuisines. I like the wonton very much. :D The location is also not bad. 700m away from subway line 1. Close to Shopping malls like in77. Special thanks to Eileen WAN for being very caring and helpful.

Could do with an upgrade

Perfect location Grand lobby

Rooms are out dated. Bathroom very small No plug for bath tub Breakfast no knife and fork provided kept having to ask Baskets not filled it up even when I asked

Good value

This was excellent value! Affordable price, good lcoation, very clean! The check in and check out were pretty seamless, very quick and staff could speak English with me. There is a coffee shop downstairs in the lobby in case you don't want to go too far for your morning cup.

Quiet place for a short trip in Hangzhou

Good breakfast buffet with enough food and beverages. Room upgraded for free to be in line with what I have booked

Old style hotel which need some refreshment but ok for 1 or 2 nights.

Good location, comfortable hotel and very nice breakfast!

Despite the non-smoke policy one room was smelling of smoke. Furthermore, the credit card payment went not so smooth afterwards.
