If I hadn’t just stayed there to get to easily the airport early in the morning, I would have stayed longer.

Everything was perfect. I even could have breakfast at 6:00 before going to the airport, although breakfast usually is only around 6:30/7:00.

The pool deck is closed at sunrise. :/ But I had a great view at the rising sun from my room and from the restaurant!

Sauberkeit, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Lage der Unterkunft zum Strand / in Da Nang. Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung und bieten alles Nötige.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte etwas vielseitiger beim Brot sein können.

A pleasant stay at Grand Sunrise Hotel

My stay at Grand Sunrise was fantastic! Perfectly situated near the beach, just a 5-minute walk, i loved the variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. The staff deserves special praise. They were, especially Miss Gigi, incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests i had. Higly recommend the hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The location was great, everyone from the hotel staff was very kind and supportive. We spent more than 2 weeks at the hotel and overall I can say it was great

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, location was also good. If you are a light sleeper try request not to be on level 9

Location was good, cleanliness was great, staff was helpful & friendly

We were located under the level of the pool/dining area so unfortunately towards the night you can hear people using the pool and movements of furniture above us. Wi-fi kept disconnecting so it was difficult to do any internet searches.

Go somewhere else.

I liked that the room was good for 3 people and had 3 small beds

I didn’t like the smell. The carpet smelled like stinky feet. They also charged me $15 USD for a lost umbrella! A total scam! The umbrella was broken and that was way too much! The pool was gross. Would not come back here. The customer service was not good.

Amazing

We had booked a junior suite and it was too spacious. There is even a sea view from the window which makes it super special. The staff is super affectionate and welcoming. They helped us in arranging our trips to ba na hills. Also the breakfast spread is awesome

Very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and decent breakfast.

Room was fair size, clean, and modern. Staff were very helpful. Gigi introduced herself and asked us if there is anything the staff could do to make our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast is decent with a variety of items that are rotated daily. Two or three block walk to the beach. A longer walk ( 40 min to 1 hour) to the dragon bridge.

Nothing comes to mind. Hotel and staff were very good.

My wife and i alway stay here couple nights everytime we visit danang. This hotel is way undervalued and the staff is exceptionally very helpful. Thanx to Gigi (staff) for all the assistance. i don’t want to pinpoint one staff because the rest of the staff were all as professional. Especially the FB. Although i have enjoyed much more tasty food in this hotel, the food was still to its standards. No questions asked. Of course i will stay here again in my next trip.

There is not much to say. However, should I be looking out for critics to a hotel that added spice to my wonderful holiday, I am sure anyone could find something but not worth mentioning. Overall, i still find this a good hotel.

The hotel was very good for the value. The staff was helpfull, Gigi was nice to us and helped to improve our stay.

The pool is small and the breackfast can be improved for europeans. The smell in the room is not the best. The room was small for 3 pers.

Very good

The staffs are very nice and they help you bring your luggage into the lobby. The room is clean and has good view. The breakfast buffet is good.

There's a small gym in the basement but it looks creepy all isolated there. The spa is closed unlike advertisement in their elevator.

Very basic, but adequate

The staff in this hotel were outstanding! It is all in all a very basic property but I can’t thank the reception staff enough for coming to my aid and organising a Dr to come to our room to see my partner who had become quite sick with the flu on the first day of our stay.

It is a very basic hotel, towels in the bathroom were threadbare and the bed linens really needed updating. The buffet breakfast was very, very basic and was the only food available in the hotel. No dinner service or room service, which was a bit of a pain when we were pretty much stuck in our room for two days while my partner was sick. The advertising for the hotel stated a restaurant, cafe and room service were all available on site? The location whilst ok, was very noisy during the day and early morning with a primary school right across the road. However it was cute watching the kids running around playing and enjoying the simple things in life!
