The Staff was extremely helpful w booking shows info!

It was a very nice Continental style breakfast. All of the staff were very eager to assist in any manner that they could. The location is far enough away from the attractions that you could come and go with very little bother. Yet close enough that you could get to any of the attractions in just minutes.

I really can't think of anything negative to say.

They gave us cookies.

They wouldn't give us a receipt. We felt scammed and deceived. We won't ever go back there.

Breakfast was good but felt uncomfortable with how safe the cleanliness was because the tongs that were used to get the food were stored in the handle of the lid that everyone was handling that covered the food ….and I brought it to the attention of the worker but he didn’t act concerned.This happened all 3 days.

Mattress was extremely firm…like sleeping on the concrete floor.

My favorite Branson hotel. Great balance of price and quality. Very good breakfast. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Good location.

The location and the room was clean.

The bed was terrible. It felt like you were sleeping on a piece of hard plywood. They definitely need to replace the mattress and it would have been a great stay all around.
