We booked one night, and stayed for 3 nights. They met nearly all our requests. It's not a big hotel, it's a hotel with super nice and clean rooms, we like the balcony and the bed , but the pillows are a little bit high, I got a lower one from housekeeping, I suggest that they prepare two lower pillows in each room. Generally, a right hotel for us, we won't forget our holiday in Sanya, we won't forget the friendly people of Sanya.

There's a big mall there, and you can find many restaurants in this town. Easy to get a bus to city center. The manager upgraded a higher level room for me. I like the breakfast they presented, simple but fresh and a lady delivered to my room, charged only 20 yuan per person. The free airport transfer seems so great! It's an apartment style hotel, but professional and service not bad.

Yes, it's an apartment hotel in a residential area. It is operated by a local company, staff are friendly. There is a shopping centre neighboured. So convenient, not crowded as the city heart, but you can buy anything you want and you get any food you like. Even a cinema inside. The hotel supplies free transfer service, no need to look for taxi, sure it saves money. And several hundreds metres away, you can get to a bus stop, buses go to the urban areas, it makes everything easy, I really love here,though it is not big and not luxury. For the room I stayed, it looks fairly clean. I was surprised that there is washing machine in it, I stayed here for two days for my business, I payed for the second night at the reception directly and booked their breakfast，a woman took it to my room at the time I told them, service not bad.

Staff are Chinese speaking, I'm ok, I can speak Mandarin well. Yeah, it is a reliable place.

I wasn’t able to contact the hotel through booking about the airport pickup but I called l, asked in English, and then an English speaking person called back and scheduled a pick up. The manager also added my WeChat to make sure the driver found me as I got a bit lost coming out of the terminal. The manager showed me to my room when I arrived and walked me a couple blocks over to the mall when I asked for a nearby place to eat. there seemed to be lots of options for food, as well as a convenient store or two right next to the hotel. the manager was honestly so lovely and helpful. the room was clean, a great price, and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. they then scheduled a pickup for me the following morning at 5:30 am with a couple of other people who were also departing at that time. I wasn’t expecting a free ride both ways. it was a nice surprise. The room itself had great cabinet storage in the kitchenette and a wardrobe for your clothing. I didn’t use them because I was only there for one night but it’s well equipped if you stay longer. 10/10 great staff and location.

The receptionist picked-us up at the airport and he was very friendly. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The buildings were set in attractive gardens. One block away was a working class neighborhood with lots of food, restaurants, tea houses and local culture.

All was great.
