Bad experience, room is too small and dirty, lots of noise. Wrong description provided on Booking.

Location only

The room is too small, not look like how the description provided on Booking. The size of the room must be 30m2 as the property said on Booking, however when I went to the hotel and complained why the room is too small. Then, the receptionist said that if you want to have a 30m2 room, you can go to another condo/apartment and contact Booking to complain. When I contacted Booking Customer Service, they said that the property had already told me the reason why? There's so much conflict between two sides, and no one stands out to take responsibility.

14h đến nhận phòng, nhân viên bảo chưa dọn phòng, kêu 15h30 quay lại. Khi nhận phòng thì phòng toilét chưa dọn, vòi nước yếu, hẹn lần hẹn lựa không đổi phòng cũng không thay vòi. Nhân viên chỉ cuối đầu nói cho qua chuyện không dám nhìn mặt khách. Ngày hôm sau kêu dọn phòng cũng không dọn, đòi khăn mới đưa. Tôi nghỉ nhân viên quản lý đang phá chủ cho sập tiệm hoặc chủ hết muốn kinh doanh rồi.

good location hotel

wifi, location, car parking are the really good things we have enjoyed during the trip in Dalat. From this hotel, we can reach nearby foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner in walking distance. We travel with little kids and it's safe to stay here as not so many busy traffic. The staffs are nice when we asked more water. The rooms has quite good facilities such as hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Wifi is also good point, strong. We met the heavy rain while other area in downtown get flood but this hotel is just nice, no flood.

only can pay by cash or bank transfer, not good soundproof, we hear any sounds from other guests and they have to hear our noisy (by little kids) at night time.

Its outside of the central city, food service should be offered like coffee in the morning or someth

They dont do daily cleaning we were running out of toilet paper, no offer water. Cant borrow bowls for soups when we are not well and got food delivery.

Offer free bottle water for guests ask them they need cleaning daily or not to refill toiletries, cable for us to watch local channels, they only have paid service for tv. Their guests were noisy with kids running around yelling but the staff didnt say anything until we complained

Ok but should be cleaner

It’s pretty decent for the price - fairly comfy bed and an en-suite with everything you need.

Definitely was not clean enough. The walls were covered in dirt and bugs, with everything looking a bit dingy. Not sure if this is because we were staying on the ground floor? For a ‘deluxe suite’, I think we expected more.

Not good with the value and bad experience

The staff are good at all.

The toilet's sewer system is bad. It stinks throughout the room. The staff informed that the room was available at 12pm and it was not until 14:30pm to check in. Then the room smelled from the sewer system in the toilet and told me to wait for another room. After that, 4pm Staff reported that the room was out of room and I took time to find another hotel. I booked a double queen bed room with balcony. But they changed themselves to the room downstairs and the room was very bad and smelly.
