No recomendaría este hotel a nadie, pero el personal es muy amable.

El personal muy amable, intentan ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda lo mejor.

El hotel está situado en un callejón de malamuerte, un callejón muy sucio, estrecho y maloliente. Las paredes de la habitación son de papel, se escucha todo. El aire acondicionado y la nevera hacen ruido constantemente. No se puede apagar la calefacción. La ducha echa agua hacia fuera. Bastante viejo todo.

2 stay at grid inn

We came back here after our stay in Busan and Jeju and we are happy to reconfirm that the hotel has an amazing position. The room was a little bit small but clean and comfortable.

Perfect

- very close to subway and the place to visit - always someone available at the desk and there are so kind - rooms : small but convenient, very clean, bedding very comfortable, no noise, really calm night - Possible to wash cloth easily - lend umbrella

Great location and value!

Great location within a minutes walk to a train station and with many food options nearby. It was very easy to transit to and from the airport - just a few stations away from Seoul station and also a convenient distance to tourist attractions. Room and bathroom were clean and beds were comfortable. Even though some parts of the room were a bit tight, it still fit 4 adults comfortably. They have a common washing machine and dryer for guests to use downstairs, which was very convenient. Staff were great and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout until our flight. They even had free umbrellas for us to use when it was raining, which was much appreciated in the downpour. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will be staying here on future visits to Seoul!

Breakfast was not provided but this was not an issue as there are some great cafes and food options within walking distance.

Very comfortable place to stay in Seoul

- The room was very tidy and quite - There were all the facilities you need - The great place which is near a lot of popular places

- The room was pretty tiny. I didn't feel that on the photos during the booking

Good

The location is central and close to the subway. Place is clean, there is a safe in the room. Key card access. Reception is open 24 hrs. Staff is polite . Aircon and heater present in the room. Toiletries provided

The cupboard is too small and there is no place for a suitcase. Bath room doesn't have a full partition for the shower hence gets fully wet when you take a bath. Entrance doesn't face the road, but is in a small alley. Room seems too small for the price paid

Small claustrophobic room, but easy to access subway and open roof space

* The location is very handy to reach from the airport (the staff will send directions and you can catch a local bus that stops very close by, and ditto getting back to the airport). * The hotel had a smallish roof space with tables and chairs, which was a nice option to sit out on (closed overnight). * The indoor corridors are nicely decorated and there is a window on each floor allowing fresh air inside the building and it's set back from the road and quiet. * The hotel has a washing machine and dryer in the basement, which is complimentary and very easy to use. And you can ask for an iron and ironing board for your room. * There's nearby 24/7 shops and walkable to cafes, and the subway is very convenient.

* The window in the room was small, and the view was awful (onto a nearby concrete wall). The hotel's publicity materials are misleading and the room felt claustrophobic. * The hotel is accessed down a narrow pedestrian laneway with lots of work premises; it felt a bit off-putting when on your own, and not a great place at night. * There's not much to do in the neighbourhood, it felt a bit 'flat', and one of the front desk staff was rude and very unwelcoming and very off-putting to a visitor.

highly recommend & stayed twice

excellent central location within walking distance of eating places, palaces, markets & stations and buses if you’re tired of walking. very comfortable, clean, safe, seemed newly renovated, great pillows & warm on cold days. got a big 3 person room on the 8th floor for the 2nd visit. would highly recommend. awesome we could do washing drying for free!

no cafe, food service but many are within reach.

Fantastic location. Lots to do and see in the immediate vicinity but also handy to all the subway lines. We are returning home through Seoul in a month so rebooked this hotel because we were happy with this stay.

Fantastic place to stay!

Loved the staff most of all-super nice, all information very clear and always helpful. room was comfortable and very clean.

We were happy to have a well-heated room, but the only way we could control the temperature was by opening the window or turning on the a/c. Had to sleep with the a/c on so it did not get too hot

Clean and safe stay.

The place is very easy to find as it is near the train station. There is CU store around the corner too and going out late at night is pretty safe. They have free washing machine service which is good but only 1 machine so you may have to wait for others. Love the rooftop hangout area! Too bad it was too cold to hangout during my trip. Staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout out stay. The place is very clean and safe to be around generally.

Let’s just say… amazing ! It was a pleasure staying there. Our room wasn’t big but still had enough space for everything. Cleaning services were fast and efficient. If you travel with backpacks you should definitely stay in Grid. Also we were able to do the laundry for free

Good stay

Very helpful staff. I did not get to use the washing machine and dryer but those were also provided for. Location is indeed very good- near ikseondong and its eateries; also very very near Cheonggyecheon stream. Near subway with 3 lines and airport bus!

We forgot to indicate we wanted the room cleaned and so we returned to a room that was not cleaned. I have stayed in so many hotels and this is normally a given already…

I would return to stay here.

The hotel is situated in the back of the alley so it can be confusing to locate at first, but the location could not get better as the subway stations and bus stops are nearby. The bed was comfy and the friendly staff made the stay very pleasant.

The temp control on the shower is a bit confusing and perhaps the washing machine could be maintained better.

My stay in grid inn was superb. I chose it mainly because the reviews were amazing and it's on a back street but it's true, it deserves more stars and it's amazing value. The beds...omg...having lived in Korea a while the beds are so hard but the pillows here are so soft I slept like a baby for the first time in forever. It's clean, quiet and comfy. Provides shampoos etc and there is lots of space. It was a great temperature and it's new. It's on a back street but not hard to find and the location is amazing. It took me ten minutes to the palace, ten to insadong etc and it's next to Jong no station so direct line to gimpo and myeondeong and only 15 mins bus to itaewon. The rooftop was a joy...it was -4 and my friend and I sat in the roof eating Macdonald's with the most amazing view of namsan tower. The staff were so friendly and stored my bag for free after I checked out, and even let us buy the pillows because we loved them so much! Would only stay here when in Seoul

It would have been great if the restaurant was open as it got very cold and we didn't want to head out. Otherwise nothing

Clean, outstanding bed and sheets that would not be out of place in much more expensive hotels, good English language service, free washing machine and dryer with detergent included
