Great location, staff were lovely
The rooms are noisy, we heard the plumbing in our room from other parts of the hotel above.

O hotel é moderno e muito bem situado, mesmo em frente à praia. Quarto confortável, com cama e almofadas muito boas. Pequeno almoço variado e saboroso. O restaurante serve cozinha vietnamita e bem confecionada, mas é muito demorado. SPA muito bom.

the hotel was great! it was on the beach and had afternoon tea, the hotel even gave us room decorations for our 30th wedding anniversary. the roof pool was fantastic and the the service was great! Nothing bad to say about our stay there!

Great location!! Right across from the beach. My room has a lovely view of the beach which just calls out to you for a swim.
Rooftop infinity pool was beautiful and overlooks the beach as well. There is a bar up top and outdoor furniture was comfortable.
I organised a private driver pick up from Airport through the hotel and was very pleasantly surprised the driver was waiting right outside the gate with a sign and the private car was luxurious!
On arrival they offered me some tea which was delightful and exactly what you need when you touch down in the heat. It was a few days after my bday and staff organised a cake delivered to my room which was so sweet of them!
The breakfast that's included was amazing!!!! Definitely worth the stay just for the breakfast buffet alone!!

Good location and nice sea view from our room, love the pool that’s on the 22nd floor. Breakfast spread is good but mainly catered for Korean which is also good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa in Da Nang, Vietnam. The hotel is located right on the beach, and the views from my room were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including both Vietnamese and international dishes.

The guest in the next room smoked in the room, causing the smoke to spread to the bathroom, which was very bad

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a truly great experience. Customer service was outstanding, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay.
The room was comfortable and exactly as described in the offer. Location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay at Da Nang. Everything is clean, buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were the best we had in Vietnam. My Khe beach is right out front, and so many delicious restaurants right outside. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool and happy hour cocktails were the cheapest and best we’ve encountered.
Nothing - it was a 10/10 hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location is great - it is right in front of the beach. Although there is a major road in between the hotel and the beach (and you would have to brave the traffic), it is pretty convenient to visit the beach from the hotel. Our 2-bedroom was spacious.
Didn't like the bathrooms. There was no shower curtain or partition so the water splashes all around the bathroom when showering. We had a 2-bedroom with 2 bathrooms–both bathrooms didn't have a shower curtain/partition and one of the bathrooms only had a bath tub. It was soooo incovenient to shower in the bath tub with water splashing all over the lavatory and the entire bathroom, flooding the bathroom. Also, our bedroom was very spacious but the bathrooms were really small in proportion to the bedroom. I wish they made the bathroom larger and put shower curtains at least.

Staff were very lovely and genuine, had excellent English, provided excellent local recommendations, and assisted with finding the best deal to book tours. Rooftop cocktails by the pool were lovely. Included excellent breakfast with extensive variety of options, and complimentary afternoon tea. Airport shuttle was luxurious and included massage seats. Beach towels were provided.
Room was not completely soundproofed, despite being on 10th floor, and was not the most intuitively laid out.

Everything was perfect - the room was spacious and modern, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big. We were on 17th floor with nice partial view in the beach. We were also able to get bikes free of charge. Breakfast variety was enormous.
