Cleanliness, locale and an awesome free breakfast

It is under renovation. It was uncomfortable to go in the back door. The shower door would not open it was off its track.

Location

Receptionists on arrival we’re rude . Key card did not work and no apology. Fridge did not work in room . Ice machines not working . Hotel needs a lot of attention

I dont like it

Super old and this moment hotel is in renovation. Should be close for this moment, and open after renew

Room is spacious and suitable for a group of 4.

Water pressure in the bathroom is terrible.

the beds are comfy

the fridge in our room #209 did not work, and yes we checked that it was plugged in and the dial was not on the off position. we did not realise till we came back from dinner and a drive so didn’t call the desk as it was 11pm. instead we got ice for the ice bucket to sit our drinks in. we did tell the staff in the morning who said they where sorry for the inconvenience. I found it very distasteful to have the coffee facilities on the bench right next to the toilet in our room. in fact that close I would have been able to sit on the toilet and make myself a coffee if I drank them. if it needs to remain in the bathroom it should at least be on the side away from the toilet. the shower had black hairs on the bath tub and the soap holder had old soap that had been built up over use of soap.
