Quality of the Hampton chain is always good. This location was no exception.

The price of everything is high. You were the highest in the area.

great location, good breakfast

Had a suite. pretty barebones. staff was pretty rude on check in. room not ready and it was four thirty. requested ( and confirmed with hotel two days before) handicap room, 1st floor. said a set up. never happened. asked for shower chair, none available. room bare furnished. one lamp, one tiny table.

Did not have breakfast.

Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with our stay at Hampton Inn Bethlehem for New Year’s Eve weekend. 1. Upon arrival, the room was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. 2. We noticed that there was dirt in the bathtub near the drain that had bubbled up into the tub. We reported this to the front desk at 9:15am, and advised the associate that cleaning could be done at any time. We were told it would be taken care of, and were asked if we would like the rest of the room cleaned as well. We said yes, but when we returned 8 hours later, the tub still wasn’t cleaned and the room was untouched. When we reported this to the Front Desk associate, she was very curt, and stated that they were understaffed and “There are many people still waiting for their rooms to be cleaned”. This is not how Hampton Inn hotel guests should be spoken to and we were very disappointed. 3. The room thermostat was not working correctly and the temperature fluctuated from cold to hot and resulted in our having to turn the system off and endure a cold room We are frequent customers of Booking.com/Hampton Inns and were upset at the lack of quality and service at this location.

Location was great for us, hotel was fine other than the reservation snafu and smokey room

Reservation for room type made on Booking.com was different from the room in the Hilton reservation system. ??? Room initially given smelled like a fresh cigarette (had to change rooms)

Would never stay here again and would never recommend Hampton Inn hotels based on this experience

Breakfast was typical. Nothing extraordinary but it was fine. 24 hour coffee/tea available

Bath towel with stain appearing to be blood that did not come out in wash. Was visible without even opening so had to be seen by person folding it. Seeing bathroom floor dirty when wiped up water on floor. General Manager’s (Gregory) attitude of not caring when noted issues to him.

Disappointing

Quietness of the hotel. Friendliness of staff

Price for what I received. Bathroom: toilet dirty. No fireplace in room even though I reserved a room in booking.com, pictures showed a fireplace but when I arrived at hotel there was no fireplace! Hardly any dishes in kitchen just one glass, a few mugs,some spoons,folks knife,and a can opener. Coffee maker a piece of junk( Kureg imitation) sticky floors. Overall not worth it price I paid!

Superb

The Inn is very close to Bethlehem’s downtown. The included breakfast was great. Staff and facilities are top notch, and what is generally associated with a Hilton property.

Breakfast was good, initial room had sticky bathroom floors. I spoke to front desk person who moved up to another room. The other room was a king suite! We were shocked, surprised, and ohhhh so thankful after a long day of travel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not great but it was a free breakfast so I can't complian to much. The rate I was given on Booking was 30 dollars less then what they charged me at the hotel. They stated they charge 15 percent for incendentals and I should get that back as long as we didn't charge anything to the room. So Im waiting to see if I get that money back. That was not indicated at the time of booking.
