Breakfast was good. Nice to not pay for parking but have a pass to park onsite. Everything pretty standard but good with my family. Room service or cleaning upon request

It was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The room I stayed in, had a lot of damage, and seem to be in the middle of being repaired. The one thing that kind of bothered me was that there was no door to cover the restaurant. It had the bar for a barn door style door that was missing.

Breakfast had a nice selection of items to choose from; hot items were hot; items were nicely laid out; the serving and eating areas were very clean.

My room lacked a security box for valuables; not a single drawer; the shower head was fixed to the wall as opposed to flexible.

Room was big and comfy. Beds were nice. Good wifi. Was able to check in a little early. Lots of hot water and nice products in the bathroom.

Could hear other people in the next room. Breakfast was super carby and coffee was stale.

Just one night stopover after an evening arrival into LAX. Great value, good beds and clean. All you want and a decent free breakfast. Perfect start to our family holiday.

The hotel, was very clean rooms were clean and very nice, family loved pool area, staff was the best

Walls, are very thin , we had 2 rooms but they were separated by one room which the couple fought, we both could hear them way to clear, which made the baby cry, had to finally call the front desk, needless to say it finally settled down after midnight. Not good when you have a long drive the following day.

The bed was fantastic and linens. The lemons were exceptional. Breakfast was very good and always different. The Jacuzzi was perfect.

Parking was was a little sporadic because of because of this Lauren bus that you had taking up a lot of the parking stalls. The shower door did not seal and allow for a lot of water to flow on to the bathroom floor.

The staff at the desk, for the property, and the breakfast were superb.

was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.

They put kids and loud people next to me when I requested quiet room for 4 consecutive new next door

The noise...they had 100 some rooms. They had to give the one next to me for 4 changes of next door people
