Best place to stay in Portland Downtown

Awesome Hotel But Take ALL Of Your Stuff Out Of Your Car When Using Valet

I Loved The Location, The Beds & The Spaceous Room. I Had A Wonderful View From The Seventh Floor. The Staff Were Really Nice & Helpful

One Of The Valets Took My Oakley Sunglasses From The Console In My Truck. I Paid To Have Secure Parking & One Of Them Took My Shades.

Good place at decent price in a great location.

Decent breakfast that is included. Nice and spacious breakfast room.

Not enough blankets on the bed. Had to ask for additional ones. Hardly any pharmaceuticals in the bathroom such as qtips, body lotion, shower caps, etc.

Ineptitude at the front desk, but tidiness in the room.

Everything was clean and tidy.

It took me a full hour to check in because the attendant made a mistake and entered my information under the wrong name. My wife and 4 children had to wait in a room for an hour while I sorted it out and then we had to leave and go down 3 flights to a separate room. Frustrating!

We stayed here cause my son had a nerology appointment and we live 4.5 hrs away

We loved it was so clean and quiet. And that we got a room away from everyone for my son who has autism. It was perfect.

It was a great experience at the hotel, would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and had great customer service.

Didn’t realize we were supposed to let the front desk know or ask if we could get housekeeping. We do a lot of cleaning at home and it was 6 of us so we needed that little help around the room. It would have been nice to have came back to a clean room.

Fun family get away for some great memories.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Every employee we encountered were friendly and helpful. Family friendly. The kids loved the pool area and breakfast. Felt very safe. Would stay here again!

Friendliest hotel staff! They gave us such a warm welcome and made our entire stay enjoyable throughout the weekend. Large selection at breakfast, fun pool for kids, comfortable lobby, and clean room.

Lost tons of money by my truck being broken into , even tho lot was well lit & cameras, didn’t matter

Surrounded by the filthy bums of Portland , if you wanna have all your stuff stolen and windows bashed then go ahead and stay here

Very Enjoyable and would definitely stay again!

Perfect hotel for families

Literally the most kid-friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. Toddlers loved the paddle pool (shallow, Baby Beluga the Whale squirts water), multiple waffle flavors at the free full breakfast buffet, and mini lollipops at the front desk. I loved the location relative to Powell's, cafes, and public transit, and that even with the valet garage parking cost, it was still cheaper than the conference-affiliated hotel. Added bonus: our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so they gave us a free upgrade to an enormous room.

Paid a lot for a thinly veiled motel 6.

I liked the location and the staff

The coffee station and the breakfast food was disappointing quality, was like motel 6 quality. No hot tub disappointing. Locking the roof access at night is disappointing never even got to use it. Bad parking. The weird kiosk thing by the elevators had posters and things in it lazily and kinda killed the nice hotel vibe in the lobby.

Breakfast, general aesthetic of hotel was fun!

The concierge suggested we go to a restaurant that was closed weekly on Mondays. It was Monday. Felt kind of annoyed since we walked over there.

Great location, friendly staff!

We loved the location in Pearl near World Market, restaurants, shopping and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Staff were super nice and friendly. The roof top garden was nice. Valet was easy $$ great place for kids, I watched them making waffles in their PJ’s and they seemed to love the pool!

no robes in the rooms. couldn’t open a window. coffee in room and lobby were under par but you could find excellent coffee nearby. The breakfast they offered for free… on paper plates, nothing for plant based diet.

I love the breakfast they provided. It's tasty and multiple-choice for me. Front desk employees are very kind and friendly. They're full of patience and always glad to help. The lobby offered 24hr coffee and tea, and the coffee was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, but you should know that they don't clean up your space without your request. I had a wonderful time staying here, and I will consider staying here again if I visit Portland next time.

Nothing to complain about but a small thing, there was a day the whole area's internet was down. Obviously, it's not the hotel's fault, but their location was not that convenient.

Staff were really friendly, the room was very clean and the hotel was in a good location for us as we went to Portland to watch Blazers NBA game. The breakfast was also pretty good.

The heated pool was very cold and something my son and I were really looking forward to. One main reason for picking a pricey hotel. We asked the front desk staff and they said it was at some specific temperature, but that goes to show that they never go in it. The overall cost was a bit high, especially parking and also restaurant was expensive for little food . Also the TV remote was incredibly slow, like push a button then count to 3 (when using NETFLIX) which could be related to the slow internet that comes with room. So slow I was not able to stream a sporting even on my iPad. I would not stay here again.

Nice, but not worth the money.

The location is central and the breakfast is pretty good.

There was no kettle in the room so every time I needed hot water for tea, I had to go down to the lobby.
