Had no problems on either stay

Nice free parking. Breakfast was great. Walk to ball arena was nice and close 22 minute walk.staff was great on Tuesday the 19th of march both check in and check out came for Madonna concert and on march 22nd for avalanche game.

Of course price is always high but with parking n breakfast not to bad.

Adequate facilities near where I needed to be.

Close to the events and attractions we were there to use.

Booking.com could have correctly reserve my room with my correct name. My reservation was booked incorrectly by Booking.com

I would stay here again.

The hot breakfast was good! The location was great! The rooms were very comfortable, including the firm beds. There was a good selection of pillows also.

They closed their office/printing self service.

overcharged, and not worth the headache.

the staff they stole from me had a terrible attitude overcharged me lied and said they fixed it when they didn’t had to call multiple times after maze day to try and get my money back still haven’t

Overall I pleased with my stay!

Every day while I was gone the room was serviced and the lady at the front desk each evening was very nice. She made everyone feel welcome and you could tell it was Genuine not fake like other places I've stayed.

The hot food for breakfast needs some work. The potatoes was not very good. The eggs was also sub par. But the red velvet waffles was on point!

Wonderful stay and great staff.

We stayed for one night and our experience was great. Freddy, who worked the front desk, was great and friendly. Breakfast has a nice selection.

Limited parking but we didn't have any issues. Just something to look out for.

Would recommend

The staff was very accommodating, very nice. The place was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and cozy and we liked the all white linens because you could tell they were clean. The thermostat worked and kept the room very cold.

It was a little pricey and maybe the breakfast could be upgraded just a bit.
