Why put coffee maker in bath room, and cups not wraped like cups in room

Location was good.

The hotel needs updated. Furniture and doors were all skinned. The hotel could also use a good deep cleaning. The inside of the bathroom door was very dusty and dirty. The bedskirt/box spring cover needed washed, the inside of the lampshade was very dusty. The shower drain was clogged and you stood in water when showering - however, this was reported and fixed.

I loved it!

The location is absolute perfection! The room was spacious and clean! And the entire experience was fantastic. I'll absolutely book this hotel again next time I'm in town!!

Very nice.

When it was the next night we needed new towels to bath with and we had to wait for the next morning the bath due to them not having any clean. Very uncomfortable

The best place to stay/relax and enjoy while you are in Destin

I am not a review person. But when I booked a room for my wife and 2 kids I was not sure but Hampton met my expectations above and beyond. Very clean, very comfortable there rooms. Especially when you wake up they have a nice complimentary breakfast. Felt like a real home. My every penny is worth it. Also special thanks to “Karen” for taking care of us.

Not bad but there’s room for improvement

The continental breakfast was good. There were a decent amount of food and drink options. The pool was also very nice. The walk to the beach was very close as well which made it convenient to not take the car.

The bathroom in the room we were in was a bit outdated and unkept. Definitely needs a revamp sometime soon. Also the staff at the front desk could be more inviting in their attitude.

Beware of this place..

I liked that I was closer to beach area .

Where do I begin. Check in was a nitemare , my room stunk , air conditioner in my room was horrible, the toilet paper didn't even have a holder so I was on back of toilet seat, couldn't access our wifi at all and the hallway smelled like weed when we got there. I left a beautiful Hilton in Orlando to come to this mess..very disappointed won't ever return to this location .

Off Season Weekend

The location was a great middle point from places that we planned to go. We also like the easy walk to the beach and the pool.

For our particular family, the beds were uncomfortable. I am also glad the kids brought their own pillows.

Beach location awesome everything else sucked!

Michelle at the front desk was amazing and the location to the beach was about the only two good things about the place.

. We were there for a week and never got housekeeping and to top it off found a bloody washcloth in our room. Nothing was done by staff or manager. I had to find a vacuum and vacuum our room daily and take out trash out and handle the towels. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement especially being a Hilton gold member.

Our stay was pleasant and we would come back

The staff sent us body soap as soon as I mentioned we didn’t have any, and they texted us to see if everything was good with the room.

The breakfast was disappointing, beds were uncomfortable.

Great hotel and some of the staff was very accommodating......others were not.

Breakfast and Beach was great!! Very close access to the beach!! First time to Destin and will be back!!

Had several issues with checking in! The room I was assigned to by the first agent was not cleaned and I had to move to another room. As I was trying to open the door to the 2nd room, it was already occupied!!! Now I make the 3rd trip and finally was put in a room that was clean and unoccupied!!! I tried to talk to a manager but was told they were off premises!!! I asked to have them contact me but never did. I asked for one more night and was told by another agent no rooms were available but when I went back with the first check-in agent the same day they told me I could stay in the same room for the additional night. This agent was very helpful and very accommodating. She was very friendly and after I told her about the other agent who said there was no room she apologized!!! The second agent really did not care about accommodating my needs!!!

Never again at this locale. Very filthy, behind all furniture is layers of dirt and thick dust. Bath

Location great. The first two rooms were actually tested by maintenance for Not having heat.Brought me a blanket and then just did d not care. I need to be refunded!

I called front desk and finally maintenance man arrived and he also said the problems in room were ongoing since last winter. He came back numerous times and then I was moved to another room without heat again. He then came back and documented with thermo device. After five and a half hours it started getting warm. Oh by the way when I said there was no heat twice hours later they brought me blankets. Seriously?

Perfect quick getaway!

Breakfast was good. Variety each day was great. Some things ran low based on how busy and good it was.

Some check in personality could be more uplifting, rather than a drag. But overall satisfied. It got the job done. Furniture in the room outdated. Clean enough. Sofa mattress has seen better days.

Location. Very comfortable beds.

Could use some updates. Our toilet was slow. The tv microwave and fridge were covered with dust. The window curtain was broken. Would have liked a banana or other fresh fruit with breakfast, the oranges were great!

Overall it was a great stay, would definitely stay there again.

The manager was very kind while I was sick, getting me mint herb tea packets and extra towels

The advertisement is a little misleading in it says it’s 450 feet from the beach. It is not directly on the beach, it is across the street and you have to walk to “The back Porch” and get access to the beach through there.

Great location near beach. Need free parking for guests and a hot tub

Two minute walk to beautiful public beach with snow white sand. Liked having a hot breakfast. Hotel was quiet and safe. Staff was helpful.

Parking was $10 per night. No hot tub. Need better meat selection at breakfast - like bacon. Sausage everyday is boring. Beds were not super comfortable. Carpeting is showing wear.

Great stay

All in all this was a great experience the hotel was in a great location the breakfast was good, they changed it each day. Seen multiple employees on the property cleaning up everything from the hallways to the pool the room itself was very spacious and thankfully we was in a room that you cannot hear a lot of the hallway noise or highway noise. Being able to walk to multiple different shops , restaurants and to the beach was a big plus. Not many complaints at all about our experience.

The only complaints we had was the quality of the pillows, and the employee that we were greeted by was less than enthusiastic about her job. We think that employees should not have their phone out texting or on the phone when there's a job to be done,put on a smile and greet everyone with a genuine presence that shows you like your job and you're happy that people chose to stay there. Our last complaint would be the fact that we didn't see anywhere on itinerary that parking was extra and it's not cheap. Highly suggest adding it in or having a place where additional expenses are shown
