Purified bottle water for the night, I don’t like to drink from the sink water. Each room should have two bottles of water. Thank you

The gentleman that helped with breakfast was very cordial. Breakfast was good, beds were very comfortable, location is excellent. I will be staying again.

That i was put on the 4th floor despite my request to be on the main floor.

No room service everyday. Traveling with children for more than a day, in one room makes it difficult to have a good stay and keep a clean and comfy room. We had been told soon arrival we could request room service and they would do the basics such as clean the bathroom and make the beds. We had requested it on our second day and the staff wasn’t so nice but said she’d make it happen. Nobody ever came:( my only other complaint was breakfast. Paying as much as we did and for breakfast to barley have any hot food the entire stay was a downer. But the overall experience was great! That was the only two complaints our whole trip.

Great location! Erica at the front desk was awesome, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Our room was very spacious and clean. We loved the lake and the waste bags for dogs, a very nice dog friendly location.

The pillows on the bed were very flat with no support, the bed was average. Overall it wasn’t very comfortable.

Away from any type of noisy road.

Location was convenient for us. Pool. Breakfast included . Bed was comfortable. Ok for 1 night.

Room small, needs updating, room rate too expensive. Could be cleaner.

charged 75.00 extra dollars for a small gig fir one night. even though it should have been included already when we booked. blood found on one of our bed sheets. all beds seemed remade and not fresh or clean….
