Das Hotel hat keinen Casino Betrieb und ist angenehm modern ausgestattet. Man kann mit der Monorail schnell zum Strip fahren.

Das Warmwasser in der Dusche funktionierte trotz Reparatur nur massig. Auch beim Frühstück war ab 8 Uhr nicht mehr alles verfügbar .

Hotel double charged us with one night. Also, they did wrong charges for the car park. I had to contact Booking.com to request my money back as the hotel didn't want to refund what they charged us by they mistake. I'm not happy with the supervisor action on the phone. Very hard to call them up wasn't helpful at all when finally someone responded to my call. The swimming pool area should be cleaned more frequently as well as lobby.

It was a great location for our intended stay which was to attend a basketball tourney at the LV Convention Center. The front desk provided us with the knowledge of the Tesla Loop. This was extremely helpful, especially due to the weather being so hot. The rooms were nice, updated and the complementary items provided such as toothbrush, toothpaste, etc was a nice surprise. The rating was a 2.2 and I'm not sure why? We had a pleasant stay and would stay there again.

The water in the pool was filthy. The condition of the air in our room was poor with no apparent option to improve it (by the A/C or otherwise). The location is off the strip and will lead you to use your car to and from the strip.

Intransparent additional costs for parking in the booking process, in particular for a remote hotel from to the busy LV strip, this distance was another negative part in itself. Impatient check in staff, beds weren't made because our doughter left her cuddly animal on it. We feel misguided by the contradicting very positive reviews on this portal. This was hotel #7 on a 4 week family trip through the US and the least appealing experience so far.

Easy access. Newer hotel. Comfy beds. Nice pool, which was unfortunatly always full of kids, so we did not use it.

Parking not included in price. Average breakfast and terrible coffe. Use of non reusable plates and cups.

The receptionist charged me for parking even when I parked far away from the hotel… u cannot pay by cash and they cannot separate the deposit and the price of the room so u screwed if u planned ur budget… only hotel in my life that works like that… kinda crazy in 2023

the property was clean, quiet, room very spacious, dining area, large and roomy, nice little bar/lounge area, beautiful outdoor seating area by pool with couches, tables and chairs as well add bbq pits. Pool is nice with a large hot tub and more tables around.
