The location & free parking is excellent.

The room has ants & bathroom shower not that clean . I reported it to the staff & she didn’t care when we check out . The staff is kind a young . The breakfast run out of orange juice , been there for 3 days & no deliveries of orange juice .

The location

It was very loud in our room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast bar was the busiest I've ever seen, and people were very rude and pushy. We had ants in our shower and bathroom. I would not stay here again!

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. Staff were pleasant.

Parking lot was a mess at night.

Great location near the airport with parking (20 USD / night however !). ... Please mind the coffee, a real coffee is an expresso ! so please invest in such machines ...

Far from anything, ie YOU NEED a car ... even not an airport shuttle ! also the coffee is not at level of international travellers ; a real coffee is an Expresso, so please invest in such machine !!

They upgraded us to a suite and it was above our expectations. Even though it is very close to the airport we did not hear plane noise. Parking was free and convenient. This is a real plus in this day and age. Staff was super.

Staff was very rude and didn’t want to help when they couldn’t find my reservation. Told me bc we booked through a third party that they wouldn’t find it and told us to look for another place to stay. After going back and forth for a few minutes the manager came and acted like he was reviewing us and doing a favor by finding the reservation. Upon checkout, he reiterated that he did us a favor…. Even though they were the problem to begin with! Would not stay here again based on interaction with staff. That and the room was 2x regular rate bc of concert nearby.

When you work in you are greeted by the front office and they are so wonderful! The food was good and yummy! The hotel and rooms were very clean! The staff that are working in the hotel, maintenance are very friendly by saying hi and opening the doors for you.

The reception staff are very accomodating and helpful. We love our room, big and comfortable. Love the breakfast and the warm pool. Will definitely comeback.

This hotel is your typical business hotel adjacent to a major airport. It has a bar and free breakfast and is interchangeable with any other similar business hotels. If you have an early or late flight, perfect location.
