I love the staff here. They are so friendly! It's nice and clean.

The beds are my only complaint. Very uncomfortable to me but I still stay here every time I'm in town because of the staff!

Loved the free shuttle! I was traveling for business and they were great about taking and picking me up each day. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Pool area is nice.

The weekend/evening front desk weren't as helpful or accommodating, but still friendly. The location isn't very walkable, but you have the shuttle, so all good!

The staff are so kind and helpful on all shifts. Very accommodating. There is a shuttle to and from the airport and around the area! Very convenient.

We booked our room on 12/4 and when I called to to check our reservation on 12/24 they told me they couldn’t find my reservation, I had a confirmation number and the reservation said it was confirmed. The person that I talked to at the hotel told me that they would honor the price of the reservation. He said that he would leave a note for the desk to let them know that we were coming in and to honor the reservation. When we arrived there was no note, the desk person didn’t know anything about the reservation, he called his manager and told them that we had shown him that we had a confirmation number and that we had shown him the email confirming our reservation. They wouldn’t honor our reservation and charged us $152 for the room and with tax it came to $179.95, when our reservation said it was $123.44 including taxes. I Will NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN…that is no way to treat your customers!!!!!

The room was spacious with 2 queen beds for my family of 3. The breakfast service was great and I especially love their large dining area and the fact that they provided lysol wipes to wipe down the surface. They even provided disposable gloves that you can wear to grab the thongs. I felt very safe during this pandemic era. The choice for breakfast was very good and healthy with fresh fruits, milk, yogurt, eggs, and pastry. I also like it when I got a text from the front asking if there is anything they can do to improve my experience!

I should have chosen the top floor since the people who were above us needed a lot of training how to respect others. They were stomping the floor late at night. I filed a complaint but there was no improvement. I guess there is nothing else the hotel could do about it.

The property was clean, and welcoming with comfortable furnishings.
