good location for airport nice and clean reasonable facilities. good buffet breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the airport but set back from the road so quieter. You can still hear airplanes of course but it wasn't too bad. The breakfast was pretty good.

Our room was basic and small, without much character. Pillows weren't great. Staff at check in wasn't very nice to us and we had to ask about breakfast time, arranging a taxi for the next day, etc. The worst was we bought a glass of wine from the bar ($12) and they gave it to us in a plastic cup. When we asked for a regular glass, the bartender said she didn't have enough glasses to give to the rooms. Kind of unbelievable since this wasn't a budget hotel. We won't be back. We've stayed in a lot of hotels near SJO Airport and there are much better options.

La atención del personal excelente, estuvimos una noche por espera para tomar el vuelo de nuestro viaje de luna de miel y fueron realmente muy amables. Este hotel quedará siempre como un excelente recuerdo del inicio de nuestro viaje. Gracias al muchacho de la recepción que nos regaló unas gaseosas por estar recién casados ;) El desayuno excelente y las medidas de seguridad COVID maravillosas. El shuttle hacia el aeropuerto muy puntual y cómodo. La tranquilidad de la habitación buenisima, a pesar de estar al lado del aeropuerto no se escuchaba practicamente nada.

Todo me gustó, repetiría el hotel sin duda.

Très bon hôtel à 5’ de l’aéroport et service de navette gratuite. Une bonne chaîne d’hôtel sans surprise. Boutique, piscine extérieure et restaurant sur place et bon petit déjeuner.

Das „Restaurant“ ist in der Lobby, lieblos untergebracht inkl. „Bar“. Das Frühstück ebenso lieblos. Die Preise im Hotelshop abartig hoch. 1L Wasser und ein paar Gesalzene Nüsse ca. 14 Dollar.

We booked this location based on its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. It was also right across from where we were dropping our rental car; Hertz. It is a clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with great beds! And the shuttle was big, comfortable and very fast service. All staff were kind & helpful. I recommend for proximity to airport & comfort.

It is a good and comfortable option for someone wanting to stay close to the airport. The stuff was friendly and helpful, A/C in the room was working great, breakfast was ok. Shuttle service was very nice, they picked us up more than an hour after our initial arrival time, as we spent ages at the airport looking for lost luggage. The local people/guards in front of airport were really friendly, called the hotel for us to arrange the shuttle bus.

A/C in our room was quite loud but it didn’t bother me much. The internet was spotty, at least in our room. In the lobby it worked good. Bear in mind that the hotel is very close to the airport but it is not a walking distance as it may look on the map. It is however not a problem because you can arrange the shuttle bus pick up with the hotel.

Problemas con el internet wifi, no era fácil conectarse, tuve que llamar a recepción y me dieron otro código de acceso diferente al Momento cuando recién ingrese al hotel
