It was our wedding night I thought maybe the hotel would have acknowledged that it was a special night but they did not

had to bring in a refrigerator which was noisy

We arrived in town after 9pm and were able to book a wonderful room for an awesome price Room was a 10 clean and comfortable

Location location location.

No one to run the old elevator to 4 floor. They saw us...do we look like we should schlep up and down stairs.. I had asked for ground level. Would not accept senior or veterans discount..said it was up to booking.com to ask in the beginning. Room was not dusted or wiped down....behind toilet seat was someone else's hair. The card said Alexis cleaned room.None of the staff knew the maids names. I believe that was Monica at desk. Not sure of name.

Needs better sound insulation. Hallway Noise was a bit high.

The old style vibe was awesome. And all of the staff were more than friendly. Very happy with my stay.

the peacock restaurant has terrible service

The lobby, the bar and restaurant.

The bathroom was soooo small i had to take down and pull up my pants outside of the bathroom, because I hit my head every time trying to sit and stand up from the toilet. I could hear every word in the rooms next door, no insulation between the rooms not the hallway. Soooo noisy. I will not be coming back for a room . I will come back for the restaurant.
