Room was great. Hotel within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Short drive to other attractions.

Would definitely go back.

Very nice corner room with fantastic view of mountains. Good parking area for downtown Asheville. It was 15.00 per day, but worth it. Great rooftop bar.

My reservation was not there when I arrived. Apparently, it was Bookings fault- my first and last name had been transposed so there was no one by my name registered. Luckily, I had my reservation number

Great place to stay in Asheville

Location was great! My husband and I used the shuttle service to find places to eat and watch live music. Then we walked back after. Roof top restaurant had an amazing view. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Next time we go to Ashville, we will stay at the Hilton Garden Downtown.

Overall good stay

Great location and amenities and spacious rooms and overall friendly staff.

One of the women at the reception was incredibly rude. She didn’t find my reservation (which per se it’s ok) but her tone was: “well I cannot find it”, instead of “let me see why I cannot find it” turned out it was a system mistake. I also called for a Wi-Fi because it wasn’t working and she was “search for the network”. Not very helpful.

It was a great hotel overall, clean, everyone was very helpful and very comfortable!

It was close, walking distance to restaurants/shops.

The only thing I didn’t like was were the room was located, it faced the street , very loud at night with the traffic.

fantastic stay. property was very nice and beds were comfortable and very clean.

it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. there is a nice on site restaurant and rooftop bar. the staff is exceptional. Erik is the shuttle driver and we had a concert and he took us and waited in traffic and then stayed late to pick us up. the front desk gave us recommendations for restaurants and they were just great. we will stay here on our next visit and highly recommend this property

Room was very nice and the staff was excellent.

My only complaint was UNRELIABLE WIFI and that turned-out to be a bigger deal than I would have thought. I would definitely stay there again if wifi was good but without reliable wifi, I would definitely NOT stay there again.

The personnel at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

I wish the hotel would have been a little closer to downtown. Even though the description said "downtown" we felt a little distant, even though we could walk.

everybody was great, except for the fact they had our reservation wrong, they had us booked in a double room rather than

Got to the room at 9 PM and the front desk told us maintenance had gone home, there was nothing they could do about the fact that the television did not work.

OUR INITIAL STAY DID NOT GET OFF TO A GOOD START, BUT THE NEXT DAY THINGS IMPROVED, HENCE MY RATING.

Especially liked breakfast; great service and excellent food.

Did not enjoy meal at the rooftop bar. Food wasn't good. Wife had to return her order because it was overcooked. And, to top that off, no one apologized for the inconvenience. Really disappointed.
