All in all excellent

Only 1 coffee pod of regular in the room the rest wa decaf,asked cleaning staff for more regular and was handed 1 pod if decaf, had to give it back and ask again and got 1 pod again and I explained there were 2 of us in the room…gave up and went and bought my own pods. Not a hug he deal but really want my coffee

Great place... great staff.. great location... food was cold in morning ... two days in a row...

Breakfast buffet was cold ... all items ...eggs, bacon and sausage.

My room door was left propped open by the door interior lock after cleaning the room the first day ... and the room was not even touched up or attended to at all the second day... no clean towels or emptied trash or beds made etc. nothing at all.

bed awesome

upon arriving they could not locate my booking and were able to help me and provided me free breakfast due to the trouble. They gave us free breakfast for our troubles which was nice> The beds were confortable and slept well. Overall they tried to help as they could. My daughter left hecklace at the hotel and went back 5 hours after check out and they had it. I didn't expect that and it made me so impressed. thanks and the front office staff was awesome,

difficult time with checking in even with a email from the facility.

Will stay it this hotel next trip! Best front desk staff.

Amenities were very nice,good food in restaurant and all staff was super friendly and exceptionally helpful.

People were very nice, food expensive and mediocre, room just OK.

Nice people. Adequate room. Very clean.

Room and bathroom could have been bigger and more luxurious. Shampoo, etc. tiny. Breakfast was mediocre, too expensive.

Attempted to communicate multiple times with front desk staff. With Covid in the house I wanted to know if we could reschedule/cancel. Multiple attempts and absolutely no response. Just an emailed invoice the day after saying tha tanks so much for staying. I was never there!

I will stay here again

Very good location in Lake Forest, a town with little in the way of hotels. Modern and easy to drive to downtown Lake Forest and visit family

After Covid the hotel was understaffed. Big annoyance was that the sheets popped off the bed, at the corners. I asked for new sheets and got new sheets, but the new sheets did the same thing...popped off the corners! The mattress was comfortable but the sheet corners need to be deeper so they will not pop off.
