We had little expectations for a hotel attached to Heathrow, and we were genuinely, pleasantly surprised! We booked 1 night in two rooms because my parents were flying out of Terminal 2 the next day, and we wanted to help them through check-in and baggage drop off. We weren’t expecting much, and we each exclaimed in surprise at how lovely the rooms are! We had breakfast in the morning, which was delicious (and had the signature waffles which were chef’s kiss), and the whole check-in, check-out experience was a breeze. When you walk out the front of the hotel, you’re a garage’s width from entering Terminal 2—EXACTLY what my elderly parents needed. Fantastic!

Excellent hotel close to terminal two with an excellent breakfast.

The prices in the dining room have gone up quite alot since I last stayed there Sept. 22. I paid 19 pound for a cheese pizza which last time I think was only 10-12.

Located well for terminals 2 and three. Rooms of a good standard.

Check in felt rushed, over complex and my questions were not addressed.

Convenient from T2 at Heathrow, a very short walk and easy to find. Nice large comfortable room with everything you need for a quick stopover. Choice of restaurants/bars.

I thought food was expensive, but then I’m not used to London prices.
