There was ants in the bed cheese in the walls, not very clean, the pool was disgusting and there were no towels for the pool area and beach.

I didn't like when you rented chairs and umbrella for the beach, they put them about 15 yards from the water. This would allow people who brought their own stuff to set up in from of you.

Great convenience to multiple restaurants, bars, shopping venues. Access to and beach was great, very clean and easy to get to. Heated pool and hot tub were great for the chilly air and both were very clean. Did not use the exercise area but it appeared to be very well equipped and very clean. Two elevators serving six floors and rarely a significant wait for one - they moved very well.

Out of your control, but the cold air. Otherwise really nothing that was not enjoyable or acceptable.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. They greeted you in the halls, lobby, outside. Someone was cleaning around the pool area, parking garage throughout the day. Housekeeping staff were available throughout the day. Front desk staff was nice and helpful and available.

Slight musty smell but I was on the floor with laundry room.

I didn't realize until check in that breakfast was not complimentary.

Problems with toilet. I didn't realize the beach had a no animal rule.

Easy access to the beach, clean, clean,bed was pretty comfortable.
