Dommage que nous n aillons pas été mis dans une chambre neuve tout de suite

L hotel est en rénovations nous a ont demandé à changer de chambre car elle était en mauvaise état personnel a l écoute le changement a été fait nous avons été dans une chambre neuve

La proximité de la ville machine à laver et sèche linge petit déjeuner compris

Would stay again.

undergoing some minor renovations. Did not disrupt the stay. Reverse floor system. Lobby was on 4th floor. Most rooms were below on 3,2 &1. So if you are like me and don't want someone above you ask for room on 4th floor.

Breakfast only served until 9 am. I slept thru it!

Cost 10.00 for everything

It was close to evey thing

Paying 10.00 a day for parking. 10.00 if you wanted breakfast a day. You park a long ways from the hotel. Sucked when you forgot something in the car. They were not friendly at all. If you needed something they made you feel like you were putting them out.

Blink and I was gone

Hilton always has great ass pillows man haha 😂 but location high on a mountain and you can scrape your car around the areas if you’re not careful. Ppl seemed cool we got there late had a quick stay just to see the sunset . On our way back up north we love pismo must try “beach in biscuits . Is more expensive then anything so that brings my review down . But if you wanna walk to the beach ,I wouldn’t wanna walk back up the hill 😂

The hotel was clean, had lots of room, close to where we wanted to be, staff friendly and everything about the hotel and our stay was great.

Around the pool area was dirty. The counters in my bedroom were dirty. I requested a rollaway bed they said no.

Customer service Staff was really nice Asked multiple times for towels to my room and in the pool always delivered with great attitude. Really hard to find nowadays... Very happy with the staff

First room smelled really bad. The receptionist offered to send me to a different room with no questions asked. Very nice lady. Second room was dirty spots all over the walls

Good budget accommodation for a single night stop over.

Lovely staff, good location & liked the dual vanity basins in the room.

Curtain/blind difficult to operate & bed mattress was uncomfortably hard with average pillows & the bedhead was also uncomfortable!

THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST WAS NICE

THAT THEY TOOK FOREVER TO BRING TOWELS, ANOTHER THING I NOTICE THAT THE COFFEE MACHINE THEY HAD WAS DIRTY, I HAD TO RINSE IT OUT TWICE THE WATER WAS DIRTY.

It was very unpleasant and unfortunately the staff is unprofessional when it comes to customer service.

At the beginning they put us in a room that smelled moldy but after I brought it to their attention, they moved us to another room that smelled cleaner.

The second night, I was woken up by a bed bug walking on me. This happened around 2am and my wife couldn’t go back to sleep. I killed the bed bug and took a picture of it. At check out I showed the bug to the front desk staff and all they did was to give me the GM card and told me that he was going to follow up with me. I ended calling him because I did not received a call from no one. He was kind of rude to me and all he told me was that he was going to get an inspector in that room. Very disappointing experience!

the pool

toilets were out of order, when flushing there was water all over the bathroom’s floor. when I told the reception, the only answer was “sorry for that “ when checking out, I told”good morning” 3 times the employee Joe William from the front desk but never got a “good morning” back ! such a poor quality !

It was great.

The breakfast was good and cheaper than other breakfast meals in the area.

It was unclear how the breakfast buffet worked. The price list only included hot meals and did not mention the rest of the breakfast selection.

OLD hotel. Not super clean. Disappointed greatly that they didn't care about Hilton Honors. Charged 12 a night to park a car in an empty lot..THEN wanted to charge 10 a day for breakfast. REALLY shabby Hilton Garden Inn.

The room spacious.

The room had a funky odor, ants were in the bathroom sink area, crawling over my stuff. Also found a cat toy by the curtains. I feel like that the parking fees should be included with the room rates.

Best place to stay with access to anything you want to eat, visit or shop!!

The Hotel was located in a nice quiet area centrally located with great scenery, eateries and sites. The room and staff were superb as well as the pool and jacuzzi, cannot wait to stay here again.

All was perfect!!!
