The staff were very friendly at this hotel. It was very clean and the location was perfect. Shopping mall just across the road and very close to bars and restaurants. The pool was spacious and clean and also had a jacuzzi.

The only thing I could say was that our room looked a little dated. It was quiet a dark room but that's not a major problem.

The main lobby was very nice, the restaurant and bar were very comfortable.

It wasn’t the location itself, but the atmosphere downtown was not great at night, didn’t feel very safe walking to your vehicle. Also wasn’t a fan of the parking situation. Having to pay $5-$10 everytime you wanted to leave and come back adds up over time if you don’t want to park on the street (which is almost impossible to find a spot down town

Location meant I could park my car and not have to worry about downtown parking. Clean room. Comfy bed.

Good, no gluten free the second day. Waiter and waitress very good and friendly. Fresh fruit and pastries for those who could eat them. Unlimited coffee!

Bath towels smelt like smoke. Requested and got clean towels.

Someone was partying & they were quite loud, sounded like they were in our room.

The location was perfect for the conference I was in town to attend.

The breakfast items weren’t as hot and fresh as what I would expect. As well, the hot tub wasn’t available (which would have been nice if we were notified prior to arrival).

close to YMCA and walk to South Saskatchewan river trail.

Sad to see many homeless people in area. The windy street made walking area not always comfortable, although early morning was very nice when wind calmed down.

perfect location for shopping and seeing a show at TCU place. the elevators were nice and fast. room was spacious and clean.

There was a gentleman in the restaurant who was obviously mentally unstable and touched every container on the buffet!! He made many of the patrons uncomfortable!!!

I thought parking is free and the breakfast. Cause the last time if im not mistaken it is free! and for the breakfast It didnt say that you only have a limited selection and you have to pay for the other choices. So dissapointing its not like this the last time we check in.

The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. A special recognition and thank you to Olexander and his female ukrainien colleague working afternoon. They we so kind. Olexender went above and beyond checking in on us when we were in the sitting area near lobby ensuring that the tv was on the hockey game so we wouldn’t miss our favourite team. I also wish to recognize and thank Holly at the lounge. She greatly contributed to the success of our stay. She was very kind and caring. She had great music and provided us with good food and shots (black forest :) ). Thank you to John as well who worked the lounge on our last night (Sunday). Thank you to the young man who worked the breakfast area in the morning unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I want to highlight that he greeted us with warm smile every morning and ensure we had everything we needed and even suggested things to do in the area. The Janitor was great as well as the Ukrainian woman who did housekeeping on the 11th floor on the Sunday morning (22-01). Thank you to all of them for making our stay the best one! I would definitely come back because of them!

No hot water for most of 2 days. Our daughters were training and had a national gymnastics competition on those days. It made it a little difficult to clean up before and after those events. Suggestion for the future, the maintenance or work be done at night/overnight when guess are sleeping to avoid interruption. However, we did appreciate that the impact was recognized and that we were given complementary breakfast. On the morning of our departure (23-01 at 4:00-4:15 am) we were not able to get assistance from front desk to obtain taxi to get the the airport. The employee was sleeping. We could see her the back room from the front desk. We tried waking her up with no success. We needed up getting the information and arranging it ourselves with no help. We got to the airport late but luckily we didn’t miss our flight.
