Absolutely loved it, will definately be back here again

Absolutely loved the location, and the amazing view. The staff was really nice. I went for a room with balcony looking out at the city skyline. And they totally delivered: such an amazing view of the San Francisco Skyline, - looking eastwards so the sunrise would be seen when waking up every morning. This was really what I was looking for, and it was beyond my expectations. Absolutely adored my stay.

On overall: it really was a fantastic stay, so please see these tips of advice as very minor things. I do would like recommend the following. First: The breakfast when delivered at the room. This was all jumbled toghether in one bag. And not even a plate (plastic or paper) was added. So I had to eat from the box where everything was just jumbled in together. Personally I think it would be a nicer presentation (also from the perspective and experience of the guest) to seperate the different breakfast-ingredients (potatoes, sausages, eggs etc) in different boxes, and add plates - giving it a more civilized feel. Secondly: even though the balcony was really awesome, they had two old metallic chairs that were really dirty, so I had to clean them first - and put a towel over it, not to get my own clothes dirty. Third: there was a nice i-pad like thing showing some information about the hotel and facilities. But it was difficult to handle: it showed there were several venues to have dinner, but was not clear on what floor to find them, or where to find the menu, and what the opening/closing times were (where is the breakfast location?). Also I had to unplug it- and shut it down, as every night it would update software and filled the room with an eery blue light. Again, my stay was awesome, and these suggestions are very minor - but I think they might upgrade the feel of the stay a lot- with some very minor changes.

room was quiet and comfortable. bar in the lobby was a cool feature. staff were lovely.

not really in a pleasant location and no restaurant, in a property that size!!! check-in was way too long, especially when the hotel knew they were hosting a conference.

Eine katastrophale Leistung wie ich sie in 20 Jahren Geschäftsreisetätigkeit noch nicht erlebt habe.

Das Zimmer für einen substantiellen dreistelligen Betrag war mit erheblichem Vorlauf gebucht, eine Late-Check-In war angemeldet und bestätigt. Bei Ankunft nach Mitternacht wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer leider anderweitig vergeben worden ist. Als Alternative wurde eine Übernachtung in einem 40-Minuten entfernten Hofel angeboten. Die Unterkunft hat sich weder förmlich entschuldigt, noch in irgendeiner Weise versucht, den Schaden oder das negative Erlebnis zu kompensieren. Bei der Rückerstattung des Übernachtungspreises kam es aufgrund von Bankgebühren etc. noch zu einem Abschlag von 10%

Avoid if possible if convention at Moscone is in town.

Conveniently located.

Hilton ruthlessly overbooked while GDC was in town. Offered guests an alternative in Oakland, which is unacceptable.

the location was great!!! the parking was on the pricey side however, the location was great! the staff was friendly! the balcony was great! it was such a great view!!!the breakfast was great.

THE PARKING IS wayy TOO MUCH!!! the parking literally cost more than the actual! car rental! ITSELF!

Great room, ok price, overall worth the stay

Clean, the room had an amazing view!!! Bed was amazing and the bathroom was great!

The price was a little more than I would of like expecially with parking not being included.

Expensive for quality of hotel but iconic destination. San Francisco wonderful.

Location. Facilities and ambience of lobby.

Very small bathroom. Poor lighting in rooms. Plug sockets not working. Small window in room.

Great stay, Great conference venue.

I got a good room which was clean and a great view. And staff were very friendly with requests and questions. Thank you!

Food was a bit expensive. I would have preferred some Asian options in the breakfast menu. Billing was not explained when checking out.

El sábado cuando llegamos no podía conectarme con Wifi Además tenía otras cosas que quería preguntar. Al expresar que nos gustaría halar con alguien que hablara en español… el Sr que nos atendió nos dijo que volviéramos el lunes para poder hablar con alguien que pudiera explicarnos en español. No intento averiguar que eta lo que necesitaba. Por suerte un mozo nos ayudó. Lamento que ese Sr. No tenga corazón como el Hilton.

The look and feel of the place. Seemed more like a central station than a hotel lobby. I had to walk extremely far to get to my room. Everything seemed very impersonal. Annoying that internet was not readily available. The scary neighbourhood outside

SFMOMAも近く、Salesforce parkなどを散歩しているうちにフェリービルディングまで歩いて行けるくらい立地が良いです。部屋にメガネを忘れた（ベッドの下に落ちたかも）が、日本語が話せるスタッフに伝えることができ、また大切に保管してくれていたので無事に受け取ることが出来ました。

良くなかった点ではないが、駐車場は少し狭かったです。サンフランシスコでは仕方ないかも。

This is a great hotel but it is run as a scam for tourists...

the bed and the quietness of the room. the staff who helped me get 2 rooms close to one another with only half an upgrade and removed the leisure tax from my bill

I had to pay an upgrade for the two room to be close. the rooms I booked were lower standards and I did not know that. The leisure tax which is basically forcing people to spend extra money in hotel services. the not free wifi at 18$ a day

Great location to get out and about from and car hire is available across the street. Excellent views from our balcony and the roof top bar particularly for the view of the City at night. Staff are very helpful

Love San Francisco, and the hotel location couldn't really have been better once we knew our way around.

We stayed at Hilton hotels quite frequently on our journey from LA, eating in the restaurants most mornings for breakfast. At $25/ each in LA, it was pricey for a family of 5, but it set us up for the day. Imagine our surprise in SF when it was $49/each. $250 +tax + tips was too much for a family. We used it once, as we would have been late for an excursion, otherwise. On subsequent days we wandered around the city for cheaper alternatives, which was a little disappointing to have to do. Great hotel otherwise, though.

It was a relaxing and confortable time with my family.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi area is great.

Food at the restaurant was awful. Few TV channels available. Extra charges not considered.

Good

Staff were very friendly, especially the check in member of staff. We got an upgraded room which was really appreciated. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The roof top bar is a must for a pre dinner drink. The location is excellent and very close to a huge range of restaurants, transport and shops.

The breakfast was over priced and the$25 per day resort charge is unnecessary. The food in the in house store is grossly over priced.
