Great value for money ! Its a very nice property clean and well appointed spacious rooms.

We are pure vegetarians and there was hardly anything for us at the buffet breakfast since most of the food items were non- vegetarian , anyway the staff was very helpful specially Jimmy who served us veg. club sandwiches and Samosas every day with great enthusiasm . we request you to add some optional vegetarian/vegan dishes in your menu. Rika at the reception was very efficient and check-in and check-out seamless.

The Bar on the ground floor can be improved with better variety and options of drinks .

IT WAS NICE STAY HERE

Well, the location is ideal. A lot of restaurants and malls are nearby. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff is very nice, kind, polite and helpful and having professional skills. The breakfast is too good with various options. Thanks to all

The only thing which annyed me is rennovation / construction work which is right in front of hotel and throughout the main road. Hahaha....Thanks to all.

Big and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The room is big and the cleanness is perfect. The staffs are friendly and willing to help.

The road in front of the hotel was under construction while I stayed, that made the traffic even worse.

حجزنا كان سويت ،، جداا جميل من حيث المساحة والمرفقات كان موجود مطبخ بادواته وغسالة ملابس ومكوة ومايكرويف والجميل كان بين الصالة وغرفة النوم باب ،، خدمة الموظفين جداا ممتازة متعاونين وخدومين ،، طيارتنا كانت الساعة السابعة صباحا طلبنا منهم يجهزولنا فطور الساعة 4 وفعلا حجهزولنا بوكسات فطور استلمناها واحنا خارجين من الفندق ،، انصح فيه بشدة من الفندق للمطار اقل من نص ساعة ونفس الشي من الفندق لشاطىء انشول

Frühstuck waren sehr gut und soviel Auswahl, Lage ist Strategie, Werktag, morgens und nachmittags auf die Straße stau und fordern viel Geduld, ansonst ist alles okay , Schwimmbad oben hat gute Ausblick. Kann man Sunset gut beobachtet usw.

10 out of 10, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left we had such a great time.

The staff were so welcoming, always had a smile and willing to help if we needed it. the breakfast as simply amazing, I've stayed in a lot of hotel but the food here was just great, awesome choices. Two staff members stood out to me, Jimmy and Ardita, very kind and helpful. Myself and my partner will 100% be back to stay.

Nothing really to add here other than Vegan options for breakfast.

Great hotel

Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed. Nice and clean overall. Staff were super super friendly and helpful. Location attached to mall is great. Pool was great.

Bathroom was a little bit worn but not too bad overall. Breakfast was super busy.

Good experience overall

The rooms are very spacious and have everything you‘ll need. Wifi is great and fast. There is a small Mall attached to the Hotel, very convenient to grab food if you don‘t feel like going outside. Chinatown is within walking distance and everything else is accessible by Gojek or Grab.

The only negative is breakfast. It‘s okay but nothing special and way too many people.

Не рекомендую этот отель, если ваша цель не просто поспать одну ночь.

Отель в целом нерлохой на первый взгляд, но только если вам нужно переночевать 1 ночь. Не более того.

За 3 дня не убирались в номере, даже не приносили новые расходники в ванной. Расположение отеля просто ужасное, на выходе из отеля вас ждет - ничего, кроме рынка и отсутствие тротуаров. Рум сервис - оставляет желать лучшего, пришлось 3 раза звонить чтобы заказать и все равно заказ оказался не верный.

There is a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom of room 2119, even after it has been cleaned. Seems like it is coming from the drain.

Awesome stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. Premises and rooms are clean and spacious. They provided full bottles of Dove body wash, hand wash and body lotion which is excellent in paying attention to details to make guests stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. Anir (hope i got the name right) was pleasant, helpful and swift in arranging my request for the rooms on the same floor with my elderly aunt. They took note of my request for interconnecting room on the high floor with city view. We would certainly stay here when we are back in Jakarta in 2 years time.

Unable to do massage as the spa is closed. The housekeeping removed my shower cap as i was unable to find it. The pillows are very soft. There is no menu for room service available. It will be nice if the lounge on 22 floor has bar counter or even live singer over the weekend. Guests can order drink while enjoying the view. The breakfast can have more spreads such as pasta or local cuisine like soto betawi or ketoprak

Clean, comfortable hotel at a central location.

Central location, easy to get around with taxi app. Walking distance to Chinatown.

Not the hotel's fault, but there is major construction (MRT), so traffic is a bit jammed.

An okay hotel for a couple of days

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast and okay restaurant

The hotel itself is next to a very busy street where we didn’t really feel comfortable walking outside. At the end of the day the pool felt a bit warm and sometimes there was a bad smell in the corridors and at the pool.

Génial

Le personnel est adorable et à l’écoute de la moindre sollicitation. La propreté de tout l’hôtel. Les chambres, les parties communes, le restaurant, la piscine, vraiment tout étaient impeccables. Le petit déjeuner était lui également super. Beaucoup de propositions diverses et très bonnes : indonésiennes, continentale, asiatique. La piscine est un gros plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud pour se rafraîchir.

Super Hotel.

Super Pool im 8. Stock und klasse Fitnessstudio.

Vom Hotel aus kann man fußläufig quasi nichts erreichen, wenn man nicht auf der stark befahrenen Straße laufen möchte. Das trifft aber auf den Großteil Jakartas zu.

زحمة الوصول الى الفندق بسبب و جود اعمال انشائية مقابل الفندق الفطور غير متنوع

Wegen der Verkehrsprobleme haben wir nicht alle geplanten Besuche erledigen können. Teilerfolg.

Frühstücksbüfett läßt fast keine Wünsche offen. Um an einen Kaffee zu kommen, gibt es 2 Automaten - auch Cappuccino möglich - das könnte aufgestockt werden. Der Pool im 8. Stock ist schön. Allerdings hatten wir keine Schwimmsachen dabei, also nicht genutzt.

Vom Hotel aus war alles OK. Was ich nicht bedacht hatte, ist, daß in der Straße Gajah Mada und darum herum an einer U-Bahn gebaut wird. Das bedeutete gigantische Staus. Von 3 Spuren blieb nur eine übrig... Wir wollten mit Freunden und deren Auto zu einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant - nur 3 km, aber 70 Minuten fahrt.
