Staff was not at front desk upon arrival. Waited nearly 10 minutes before someone came to the desk for check in. We called manager office and no answer. We arrived at 7pm no lights were on in the parking lot or in the drop off area. It looked like the hotel was closed when we arrived with no lights on.

The breakfast was great, the cook made me some amazing pancakes to order.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. I was very impressed. The location was basically on top of Waterloo village where the wedding we were attending was being held.

One of the people at the front desk is insufferable. also they changed my room to have two twin beds the day before I arrived and never responded as to why.

All of the desk clerks were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Our room was also very quiet and I couldn't ask for a better location. It was close to I-80 and many local restaurants. Great spot!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I plan to stay here again when I visit my family in NJ.

the main reason of staying at this location was to use the pool and hot tub. the pool was freezing and unable to use. The hot tub was just warmish. very disappointing

the accessible room did not have lower peep holes, the beds were not the correct height, the toilet was very low, there was a chair that I had to have removed because it left less then a ft between the bed and chair so my wheelchair couldn’t get to either bed.

The employee at the desk was not friendly at all. I made a reservation for TWO Bedrooms and they only provided us with a Handicap room. The shower nozzle was at check height and there was no ability to secure it higher to take a shower standing up. The room also was dirty; there was a lot of dust and there was s straw next to the bed. The toilets was not very clean. I was very unhappy that we did not get what we paid for. I usually have an excellent experience at Holiday Inn, but not this time.
