Wow, cleaning et human

Très propre, bon service, très humain. On avait des costume de bain et serviette mouillés à notre départ et ils nous ont offert de les faire sécher eux même. Excellent service et bon déjeuner !

Great room and staff. The rest...so, so.

Breakfast not as good as expected. Often out of stuff. I expected the spa to be working and it was not. I did not get the sense that management was doing everything possible to get it working.

Good.

The breakfast, for a chain hotel, was nice. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool was nice and being able to get a hot drink when needed was a really good facility. Short walk to good restaurants.

Perfect for a quick stop on a long road trip

Breakfast - good choices, helpful staff. Comfy bed, spacious room. Lots of choice in the area eateries.

As usual, no variety in pillows, all big and too firm for me. I have to bring my own, Otherwise, a great experience.

We were in the area for a wedding. The hotel suited all our needs, excellent wifi, parking, very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and very spacious room, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast was plenty and quite a bit of variety

Eating gluten free, my choices were more limited for breakfast. I expected that. I just wished I could have enjoyed the eggs more.

Pleasant but disappointed with housekeeping.

The variety of breakfast foods was very good snd very fresh. It was very crowded and the staff was quick to direct us to the boardroom. Very accommodating.

Lack of daily house keeping ie making of the beds, fresh towels, after all people who either are on a vacation or business stay would like to come back to their rooms all refreshed. Prices have gone up but this kind of service is non existent.

With all the hotels in Belleville, I'm never coming here again

Location OK, clean, breakfast fine.

Front desk check in. The slowest I've ever experienced, was kept waiting too long. Customer service sure wasn't practiced here.

Good

The pool and hot tub, free breakfast and parking. Friendly staff.

Our room wasn't ready on time but we checked out a bit later to compromise. Not the most scenic location but good for a night or two, Starbucks and burrito place next door.

Unfortunately there was an issue with too much chlorine in the hot tub.

Efficient and clean. I could see bringing my kids here for the pool for a night.

Two queen beds, well appointed room and bathroom. Clean. Had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast. Excellent variety of food choices. LOVED the DIY pancake conveyor machine - much more sanitary and safer than old flip waffle irons. Well set up and clean. Choice of paper plates to go or regular plates and utensils to stay in the bright and spacious eating area.

One more bath towel for the room (eg. two per person - I have long hair). Husband showers at night and in morning.

The room was so comfortable. Staff were amazing last night and this morning. Love the bed and pillows. So close to everything. Had little toy chick's hiding in the room that made me laugh. I'm sure another guest planned them there and housekeeping never found them.

Water pressure was very low in the shower. Had a late checkout but couldn't sleep in a could hear knocking and then "HOUSEKEEPING" over and over again....constantly.

Was a nice place to stay with the grandchildren to have fun .

Staff were very juice and cleaning lady. Nice breakfast , clean modern room, the pool and hot tub were clean. I would definitely use again.

Rude desk staff, and poor value for money.

location and parking, cleaning staff were friendly.

Front of house staff were exceptionally rude. The hotel downgraded our room because they overbooked but would not adjust the price. They ran out of breakfast items every day. No bacon, no eggs, no butter for toast, an hour into breakfast and no more being brought out. Overall, very poor value for amount charged. $750 for 3 nights, 2 adults and 1 child, for basic room, little access to amenities and rude desk staff. Much better or equivalent options in the same area for a much more reasonable price. Ground floor rooms infested with ants.

Exceptional

We loved the staff. The building was absolutely spotless. I have never stayed in a hotel that was this clean before. I have done house keeping for years so I tend to be very strict with cleaning.

The beds in our rooms were pretty lumpy. Not very comfortable. Front desk should definitely get there hands on some Rolaids or tums for there little concession.
