Location

Burn marks in carpet, bugs under mattress which I believe were bed bugs. Changed rooms but the person at desk was rude about it. The 2nd room had hair under the duvet and there was feces stuck on toilet bowl. This was the 2nd room!

I highly recommend Holiday Express.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The lady in charge of the Sunday morning breakfast was top notch. She was super helpful and accommodating.

Everything was great, but it would be good if the bathrooms in the rooms had a vent.

I have seen better places for the same price.

The breakfast was acceptable. Plenty of parking. Good location, easy to access any place in the city. Plenty of restaurants around.

The room was not sufficiently cleaned at the beginning. The sink was leaking. We booked the room for 4 persons and we had towels for two, we needed to ask for more. The same for coffee cups and water glasses. The lights in the room had different color of bulbs, yellow light some of them, white light the other ones. You can leave with them but you can see that they are not interested in coordination.

they charged an undisclosed $150.00 deposit for a one night stay. So $290.00 was charged to my credit card. I wanted to use a debit card but did not want that much held from my account.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. The bed and sheets were comfortable.

Close to freeway. The room size, cleanliness, and the very comfortable bed exceeded my expectations.

I didn’t understand why they required a deposit. Or hold when I checked in as My room was fully paid days before my arrival.

There was no pancake mix for breakfast. The danishes didn't taste good.

Overall a nice place to stay. Big room and comfortable bed.

The hotel was pretty nice and updated. The location was close enough to restaurant and the auditorium we had tickets to. Bed was comfortable and the room was a great spacious size. Quiet hotel. Free coffee in the lobby. They offer free Toiletries and they actually used Dove brand products which was nice. They had a mini fridge that actually worked and got very cold and had a microwave. Overall nice place to stay.

The tv in our room for some reason would turn on but would glitch out so we had to keep unplugging it to reboot it if we wanted to watch it. Also there were a decent amount of ants in the bathroom that kept popping up the whole time we were there that we had to keep killing. When we left to check out no one was at the front desk, we wanted to let them know about the tv issue and the ants so they could look into it. But after waiting a little while we decided to just drop our key cards in the check out box and just head out. The issues weren’t a huge deal but just a little annoying. It was late when we were trying to watch tv at night and we didn’t want to bother calling so late at the front desk about it. As for the ants. They were only in the bathroom and we had already unpacked and didn’t want to bother changing rooms at that time.

The location was perfect for our purpose to visit CSU Fresno

The breakfast selections were very good. The room was clean.

The hand sanitizer dispenser was empty & the elevator to the second floor could not be used to go down?!
