We were in town to visit relatives and location was centralized for us. Breakfast was good.

Long story checking in but not happy at all with it. Shower tub combo was very slippery

Excellent location near airport with free shuttle that came to the airport within 10 minutes of my request. The front desk had a list of nearby restaurants by food type - for example - American, Fish, Italian, Pizzas, Mexican etc., all of which were close to the hotel. Our room was ready before check-in time so we did not have to wait in the lobby. That was very nice!!

My room was "upgraded" without asking me. The "upgraded" room was not what I reserved or what I wanted. I was just given the room they had and assumed "upgraded" meant better. It wasn't for me.

I love Holiday Inn hotels in general and this time I again got exactly what I expected. The room is spacious and clean. I especially loved breakfast, there were not only pancakes but scrambled eggs and cinnamon rolls to choose from. The good quality bathroom amenities are great. We travelled by car so the location was OK for us, we were able to reach everything quite easily in Phoenix.

If you are not familiar in Phoenix and go with GPS, make sure to enter the comlete address of the hotel because there is another Holiday Inn in the same street.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was exactly what we needed.

The shower was had a small leak but nothing that affected our stay

It was close to the airport and had secure parking.

There was a musty smell, and my room was on the main street. It is dark and in desperate need of an upgrade of interior decor. The breakfast was average, and I was rushed out just 15 minutes after I sat down. They also did not have my name which I had breakfast included. Parking was not included, so prepare to pay more - but it was cheaper than the Parking Spot.

They upgraded us to a “suite” but it was a regular room ? There was no suite. That is my only complaint. Bc why lie to us when it was just a 2 queen bedroom

Close Proximity to the airport, coffee and water in the lobby! The hotel was comfortable & clean- it felt safe. Free shuttle- but it starts at 7 kinda late for my 6am flight but that’s not the hotels fault.

The lady that checked us in - in the early evening was awesome, very efficient & pleasant! Kinda light skinned- very nice and welcoming! BUT THAT MEAN WOMAN IN THE MORNING WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! Dark complexion, Black fingernail Polish- had me wait for checkout- now this is 4:30 AM to catch a 6AM flight & I had Uber waiting, which she could see his beaming lights and us rushing out with luggage- she says- “Give me a minute” - so we wait, get coffee & she is still staring at the computer- I asked, for a receipt please & she ignores me- after a few minutes I repeat- “Can I have a receipt please!” she goes, “Oh, You want a receipt!” Duh! why do you think we are in front of you at 4:30AM with suitcases? She took a good 10 additional minutes to print it out- had zero smile- she did it for spite! Rude LADY!!

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds

Front desk lady at night was rude and slow ( took almost an hour for 6 ppl to check in) also our toilet wouldn’t flush, had to manually pull the chain on the back of the toilet
