Overall OK.

Location was OK for us, clean rooms.

A little overpriced based on the facilities, some other hotels offer alot more for the same money, breakfast plates are tiny.

Disappointing

Pleasant friendly staff. Good location.

We only had one large towel in the room and at breakfast the next morning I found a big black hair in my breakfast. I have my head shaved and my partner's hair is red.

Very good

Was first time staying at a holiday inn and was more than happy, rooms was nice size and tidy. The free breakfast was very nice, far better than anticipated. The orange juice is amazing.

Nice hotel, really clean and staff were helpful.

Don't book through booking.com they have been a nightmare. Took payment in full for the booking then did the same amount account as pre authorisation. They blamed it on the hotel when I queried it but the hotel did not pre authorise anything. My issue still isn't resolved and the customer service has been shocking.

Beds were comfy

Originally I was meant to have a toddler with me and hotel were supplying a travel cot had I continued with the plan of having my baby with me I’m intrigued to know how I would’ve had the cot in there as it was hard to move with the sofa bed pulled out for my oldest. Kept stubbing my toes

Everything except there no vegetarian sausages on the breakfast option and the tea kettle in my room wasn't working but everything else perfect. Will definately come again.

Not everyone eats pork or leatNo vegetarian sausage option on breakfast buffet.

Comfy room, nice staff but really tatty outside

The room was clean, tidy and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

From the outside, it looked like it was falling apart and it’s a very dull location
