Close to the airport and walking distance to restaurants. Hotel could use a few upgrades.

The shuttle service was convenient. It was a little confusing becase different hotels in the same chain have different shuttles, so you have to make sure to grab the right one, but it worked out. The room was surprisingly quiet even though I was right next to the freeway. I'm glad that there was a place to buy snacks.

Well, I got stuck in the elevator which could have been a little freaky. I'm glad my cell phone worked, so I called the front desk. I'm not sure what the guy did to get the elevator moving again, but it worked. Needless to say, I used the stairs for the rest of my stay. Just an example of how the physical building could use a little love.

very nice stay

The hotel is in a good location. Although right off the interstate it was not noisy. The location was walkable to old town about half a mile. The breakfast was okay. The shuttle was great. The shuttle got us to the airport in 10 minutes. it starts at 5am. The driver was helpful and pleasant!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I will recommend it.

I liked the simpleness of checking in and getting to my room. Staff were friendly and polite. I will be back again.

I did not have a clean coffee machine.

A great location with clean secure accommodations and friendly staff.

The room was clean and well cared for. The shuttle was a phenomenal option that we used often. We took advantage of the patio quite a bit during our stay as it was a great central meeting point. We also enjoyed having our vehicle securely parked in the gated parking structure that as a bonus had a charging station for my vehicle.

Honestly, I hated feeling the gouged price of the room due to events nearby. I couldn't stand the way the bathroom door had to be propped open so that it wouldn't slam shut each time someone went in or out.

Felt welcome by staff and secure, with ample opportunities to get out and explore.

The property was in a good location. Not far from the airport, close to some interesting areas to visit and places to eat.

No place to have dinner on site.

I got stung by a bee in the pool. I asked if they had anything for bee sting. the front desk said no. i couldn’t believe they didn’t have a a first aid kit.

Perhaps signage in the hallway reminding people and parents to be considerate of people sleeping.

The shower was great. The room was small but adequate. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The road sounds from the highway were quite muffled. We used the shuttle for the airport as well as the staff taking us to a restaurant nearby which worked very well.

The clients using the hotel had no regard as to people trying to sleep to catch an early flight. There was running and yelling going on in the hall at all hours. The price was quite high I felt for what we got.

great location and free shuttle service is great!

great location and the free shuttle service to airport and old town is amazing! very helpful. Adhraa at the reception was brilliant! So very helpful and delightful!

if you are in downstairs rooms, it can get very noisy when people in the room above walk around. literally had constant stomping noise during the whole stay. when you are in upstairs room (which we were a week before this stay) it was absolutely fine.
