You get what you pay for.

The location was great. Easy access to everything. Walking distance from the beach.

The request for a top floor was not able to be met. Being on the second floor you hear people above you and under you. Also kids running throughout the hallways in the early hours of the morning.

Very pleased with the our stay here.

The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom was nice. We were only there for 1 night. If you are in need of a hotel close to Mayo Clinic, this is a great location. It was only 8 minutes away. We didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast (although it looked great) we had an early check out.

The air filter for the AC was dusty and set off my allergies. It probably needed to be changed. Other than that I do not have any complaints.

OUTSTANDING I WILL BE BACK!!

The staff is outstanding I have stayed at hotels from the Ritz to Hampton and was never treated so openly kind , as you know a lot of your customers are seeking medical treatment at the Mayo Clinic.

Pet friendly hotel with no place for the doge to do their business. Give your staff all raises they deserve it

Exceptional stay for an exceptional price

The comp. Breakfast was genuinely enjoyable not to mention the front dest attendant who I did not get the pleasure of getting their name was super helpful and hospitable especially while being understaffed, Although not noticeable due to the smoothness and efficiency of his work. 5 stars for the hospitality alone. Would stay again if ever in town.

Good location, clean, nice staff.

Air conditioning was so loud it was hard to sleep. Shower controls are unreachable from outside the shower, at least for someone short. You have to get in, turn the cold water on yourself, before you can adjust temperature. Rated are a bit high, think it should be $25 - 30 less per nt.

Clean room, good breakfast and close to the beach

The woman with red hair at the front desk that checked me in was so pleasant! Breakfast spread was very good. Wish they rotated out the biscuits and gravy, not necessary every day and wish they had plain eggs without cheese. Appreciate them having soy milk. The attendant Tuesday and Wednesday morning was so nice and made sure everything was fully stocked. Pool is small and was mostly shaded in the afternoon when I went out so was cold. Location close to Jacksonville beach.

Perfect, except for the thin walls.

Room was clean. Bathroom was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly.

I could hear the couple next to me having sex. Very clearly. The walls are very thin. Guy only lasted 17 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this particular Holiday Inn express. It was excellent

this hotel was very clean had coffee out all night long which was great and it was right down the road from the beach. The breakfast was really really good and the person that was assisting us with breakfast had everything prepared and was extremely helpful I wish I could remember her name she was so good that we went and got cash to give her a Tip . The food was good and the pancakes were delicious
