我是外国籍在刷信用卡时出现了差错但是酒店方没有任何的举措酒店方提供的账单流水一切正常但是我的银行卡余额不符合酒店实际收取的费用不知道为什么在国内我不推荐用外国银行的信用卡

Overall an excellent hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff.

Great room, good facilities with friendly and accommodating staff. Also this hotel is in an excellent location close to many Shanghai attractions.

Bathroom would have been better if shower, toilet and hand basin were in a separate room fron the sleeping area.

Lage und Betten gut, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig.

Lage sehr gut, wenige 100 m entfernt von Fussgängerzone, ca. 1,5 km vom Bund Betten sehr gut, auf Nachfrage auch flaches Kopfkissen erhalten

Badezimmer müssen dringend renoviert werden, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, angeblich zentrale Regelung. wir hatten nachmittags 28 und nachts 24 Grad im Zimmer bei Außentemperatur von 3 - 14 Grad! Frühstück für europäische Touristen nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

Good hotel, bad breakfast service

It was central and there were many shops and restaurants close by.

The internet was horrible. It was disconnecting many times. The breakfast was a scam. When you arrive after 9, they won’t refill the drinks. I had to take the barrel and tilt it to get some juice. The staff were just watching and not offering any help.

I will be back!

It’s very convenient and just 5 minutes away from the walking street. Also worth explore the nearby eateries, you will be pleasantly surprised :)

We were hoping to have a bigger room but that was due to we have more luggages.

Location was superb. But room for improvements in terms of the breakfast areas and carpeting in the room.

Location

In regards to the breakfast areas, as it’s in the lobby, the wind or draft from the cold air outside drifted in causing the food to turn cold quickly. Also, the cutlery especially the plates and mugs were placed at the low shelves causing the guests having to bend to retrieve the wares. It would also have been good to have pancakes, hash browns. We would have also preferred the room to be carpeted instead of a having a small rug beneath the bed.

Good location and clean hotel

Walking distance to many good eateries. The bed was comfortable. The view from hotel room was super.

The bathroom is open concept. Not suitable to share room with friends. There is no changing area and no door partition.

It is at a convenient location.

Room was very warm - 27/28 degrees in the morning and night. When we feedback to the hotel, they sent a technician upto explain to us. Basically, we were advised not to turn on the heater, keep window open for ventilation. The window could not be kept open and we prop it up with a hanger. There was still poor ventilation and we had to keep the day and night curtains open to let in the air. It was still very warm at 27/28 degrees. When we kept the curtains open, the sun was so glaring waking us up early in the morning. The lightings in the room were generating a lot of heat which we had to turn off some. The switches were all over the place ie no / not much central control. The floor was not fully carpeted so it gets noisy in the middle of the night if one wakes up to go to bathroom. There was fridge lookalike machine. We left our yoghurt in to eat the next day. But it was warm! We had to thrash our yoghurt. When we feedback to the hotel reception, we were advised that this is not a fridge but some machine to keep things fresh. We are truly baffled at the functionality of this gadget. We feedback to the hotel reception to pls stick a label to say that it ain’t functioning as a fridge.

Perfect location and safe place and hotel

Would stay there again. And again!

I loved the location, great value for money, fantastic breakfast and very comfortable room with new bathroom. Jerry and Jack were super helpful to me and my friends I. Helping us book taxis, recommend attractions and restaurants.

That the staff on reception check in and check out did not speak English. This is surprising in an international chain hotel in the centre of a cosmopolitan city. Only one English language channel which was Russian news.

Very good place to stay

Excellent , value for money. Breakfast is the same everyday but worth for the price of the stay.

Staff was great, from reception to cleaning staff. Location was great and easy for drivers to find who don’t understand English that well.

I didn’t like the bed, it was too soft, gave me severe lower back pains. The carpets in the hallways of the hotel always had that damp smell, but nothing you can’t ignore.

Location was Good, the hotel located in one of the most tourist area and there are a lot of shops and restaurant to discover. for some People they can find halal food near the hotel.

if you stay more than 3 days the breakfast, is copy and paste.
