Small bathtub No housekeeping- if you are not out by morning you have no housekeeping We were there for 4 nights and never had our room cleaned. We took out our own trash and towels and had to get more towels and toilet paper

Our TV never did work and no one on staff could fix it.

Breakfast is great! Good selection and the area is very clean, the staff is very helpful. Location is also great, there are some shops in walking distance for convenience. The hotel is very clean, the pool area is also very nice, I highly recommend to visit this hotel.

Screaming kids next door. Would have liked to be able to move rooms, unfortunately there were no other rooms available. You should really think about placing families with small children away from couples for this reason.

Our room was spacious with a small kitchenette, and good sized fridge. Good coffee was available all day. A very short walk to the beautiful unspoilt beach, pub and general store.

Close walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We liked the pool and we liked the free breakfast every morning.

The room was too hot, they had the AC set where you couldn't turn it down below 68. I don't know if it was because we had a large room, but it wouldn't cool down and we had a hard time sleeping because it was so hot. They don't clean the rooms while you're there. You could live your dirty towels and trash outside the door for them to pick up, but they never come inside and clean the room. My biggest dislike though, was after having paid $2100 months in advance for two rooms, they wouldn't let us check in until we paid another $100 per room and I didn't get paid until the next day. So I had to use my money to eat that night just us for us to get in our rooms. We didn't get any sort of email informing us of this beforehand. I understand needing a card on file in case of damages, but not having to pay extra. The hotel did return my money after our stay, but it was a big inconvenience. Luckily, the friends we were vacationing with paid for mine and my kids' food that night otherwise we wouldn't have got to eat dinner that night. I wouldn't book there again.

Good Location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Noise level was extremely high at 1:05 am. It was not next door but a few doors down from us. Woke us up. After waiting about 45 minutes for guests to quiet down, called the front desk. Noise level diminished around 3:00 am. Management did respond to noisy room. The next morning the manager on duty was the one we reported the incident to. She said they were doing laundry at 12:00 am. She also said she could hear the noise when she got off the elevator.

I loved the location and the staff was so friendly.

We do wish the pool water would have not been so hot. It was not much, if any, relief after coming from the beach in 102° weather. It felt like it was rhe same temperature so we did not get to enjoy the pool like we had hoped.

I paid for ocean view and got a good look at the pool and the trees! Website description was misleading! The shower stream was very small. The water came out of the faucet harder. It took two days for the refrigerator to finally cool down.

Rooms were big; very spacious and lots of storage. The property was very convenient to shops and restaurants and the beach.

The water pressure in the shower was not very strong but that was a minor thing.

Described as beachfront but not technically to me at least still have to walk a good bit to beach access.

Breakfast is nice and hot. Hot water and coffee provided before 11pm, location close to the beach too. Room is clean and comfortable. Little pricey and def worth the price.
