EL CUARTO ESTA MUY AMPLIO, TIENE UNA COCINETA MUY COMPLETA.

EL PRIMER DIA FUE UN DESAYUNO LIMITADO PORQUE LA SALA QUE FUNCIONA COMO RESTAURANT HABIA UN EVENTO. PERO EL ULTIMO DIA ESTABAN TODAS LAS AREAS ABIERTAS, MUY BIEN SERVIDO EL DESAYUNO Y VARIADO.

LA PUERTA DEL BAÑO ES CORREDIZA LOS DOS LADOS ESTA ABIERTO, DONDE SE VE A LA PERSONA BAÑANDO O HACIENDO DEL BAÑO -SUPER INCOMODO PARA QUIEN ESTA ADENTRO. ADEMAS BATALLAMOS CON LA LLAVE DE LA REGADERA NO SERVIA MUY BIEN .

Decepcionante

El Hotel Home 2 suits, tiene una ubicación excelente ya que esta muy bien comunicado y la mayoria de las atracciones se encuentran muy cerca. El desayuno fue de muy buena calidad y contaba con opciones variadas tales como wafles, fruta, cereal yogurts, panes para tostar y huevo, pero siempre es exactamente el mismo. La habitación era amplia y cómoda.

Todo lo mencionado anteriormente es muy bueno y agradable sin embargo, cuando uno regresa de su paseo por la noche y el cuarto no fue atendido, es decir, camas sin tender y limpieza sin realizar, es sumamente desagradable y quita todo lo bueno. Es cierto que mencionan que el cuarto se aseará cada tercer día, lo cual tampoco me parece bien por el precio, pero a nosotros en una estancia de 6 días, solamente limpiaron la habitación una vez yh eso porque fuimos a recepción a quejarnos. Eso es sumamente desagradable, para tender mi cama todos los días, mejor contrato un air b&b! Por otro lado, en una ocasión llamamos al hotel para preguntar una situación y nos dejaron con el teléfono descolgado hasta que se corto la llamada, ¡completamente desagradable!

Très beau séjour dans cet bel hôtel en plein centre de la ville

L’emplacement était idéal en pleine centre de San Antonio et au bord du Riverwalk.

Great location, friendly staff but the lack of cleanliness and care for being clean was concerning.

The floors in the room were sticky, we had to walk on towels in the rooms and I had to wash my dogs feet. The toilet was disgusting and backed up from previous guests. Informed the front desk but they didn’t seem concerned. I paid a $50 deep cleaning pet fee, which doesn’t make sense because I had to clean my pet after being in that room.

Horrible.

It was in Texas.

The staff was not helpful. They put me in the wrong room and then came knocking at my door at almost midnight to see who was checked in the room I was sleeping in. The front desk messed up very bad. I reported it to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do because I used booking to book my stay.

I would go back. It is great for a family of 5.

It was very roomy.

The valet system went down when leaving. We waited an hour for our car. The guys were working as fast as they could. Technology is great until it doesn’t work. I do understand it was out of their control. The check in people could have been a tad more friendly. I am a very friendly person. The check out guy was great. Very different than check in.

Great weekend with my family!! I would definitely stay again!

The location was probably the best of the whole trip. Wish I had an option for a balcony would’ve definitely topped my favorite hotel but sadly it was just a view of the tall building up front.

Wish I had an option to get a patio or balcony. That was my only downfall.

Great stay.

Breakfast buffet was good and we loved that it is served until 10am. Great for those of us who are not early risers while on vacation. Great location. Hotel sits off the end of the Riverwalk and walking distance to downtown and the Alamo. Decent sized rooms.

It was a good.

The location is great.

The room was clean but they forgot to put towels and enough toilet paper, we didn’t noticed until we came back late to sleep; Im glad that always carry some toiletries with me. And the shower have a leak that disturbs a little. We just spend the 1 day to continue our travel.

The breakfast was nice

Carpet between beds was wet. I put a towel over to keep my feet dry it because I almost slipped once I got on the tile section. The cover on the TV remote was broke and allowed the batteries to keep falling out. I mentioned this to the front desk, but was never resolved. The valet parking fee was definitely something that will keep me from staying here again.

Beautiful hotel but may not be worth the money

The stay was fine. The hotel itself was beautiful. Loved that it was right on the Riverwalk! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy that part of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had no choice but to pay for parking or valet. There was lots of construction going on so the hotel was hard to get to and for someone who has never been before it was very stressful. Did not have any complementary toiletries ie: toothbrush, comb, etc so if you forgot anything you would just have to wait to go buy it. I have never had any hotel not have anything even really cheap ones.

It was a decent stay, I loved the breakfast and pool. I wish the pool would have not been murky.

The pool and the view. The pool water was very murky. The location, being right on the Riverwalk was a plus. The breakfast was spectacular and the views of the dinning room were great.

The construction, the surrounding areas smelled bad and I did not feel safe walking around with my family. I understand this has nothing to do with the hotel and more with the city but having a parking connected to the hotel would have been a plus.

Disappointed start to our family vacation.

Staff was great & was right on top of helping us fix issues.

Trouble with booking & had to end up purchasing an outer room to fit my Family. Got up to the room and batteries in remote didn’t work & additional purchased room door wouldn’t lock. Had to go back to front desk but staff was once again great. Decided to take the family to the pool and it was over crowded. We heard crying and screaming all night. Both of our rooms was bothered until around 2 am with people knocking on our doors. We was in room 214 & 221 so I would highly advise anyone with kids or sleeping problems to avoid these rooms as it’s right by the poo and very busy.

Superb

The only thing that was a problem the lack of carts. Checking in we were unable to find one to bring our luggage in and checking out we had the same problem. The staff was eager to assist us which was great.
