The rooms were big and well furnished with extra linens, lots of towels and a comfortable bed. The suite came with a full kitchen which is great for staying with children. They provided a cot for our 1 year old and the place felt very safe. The pool was nice and warm and the breakfast buffet was very convenient before going out for the day. We enjoyed our stay.

The room size and breakfast was good.
The Sofa bed was horrible, the room was dated and the carpet was stained. The breakfast area was short staffed which left the area in a mess. The staff members tried their best but were not able to keep up.

Had to wait until 530 on to check in as they were not done cleaning the room when check in is supposed to be 3 pm. Also heard a big fight during the our second night there with some guests above us

The room was beautiful, very homey
The only thing is that there was leftover food in the fridge from previous person. And a used towel on the back of the bathroom door.

The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were just the right size and density, the breakfast was tasty and there were a lot of choices, the staff was helpful and friendly.
We should have been told about all of the extra charges before we got our bill. The $10.00 charge per night for a room on the 6th floor is not acceptable when we were already paying $296.00 per night for the room. Please explain what service we got that warranted this extra charge. Also what do you do with the extra $11.00 plus ( Municipal Accommodations Tax) per night? We realize that things are more expensive these days but the customer should be warned ahead of time.
We had stayed at this hotel in past years always enjoyed it and had gotten value as advertised. Things have changed...

Location was great
The staff tried to keep the place clean unfortunately lots of baseball teams were there and the kids were just wrecking the place and spitting in the elevator o let front desk know but it was never cleaned

The variety of breakfast items was great! Staff are very friendly. The room itself was spacious and clean and I was able to work in the room. Fitness centre was good.
There was a few vacuum streak marks near the bathroom area but other than that the room was clean.

Clean and comfortable atmosphere throughout the facility. Very close to 401 but about 20 minutes away from the core downtown area. Unless you need to go to downtown specifically, there are an abundance of places to shop within a reasonable mileage from the hotel (Costco, Wal-Mart, BestBuy and etc).
I don’t think I have anything I didn’t like about the property.

Please change those chairs at the kitchen table in the king suites. It is so loud and I was scared that I would be disturbing the people downstairs. Folks upstairs probably was working and kept moving the chair and it was so loud. Another things is the TV is facing the wall, not the couch or the bed. Would be nice if th2 cable was long enough to swivel.

the bathroom, in our king suite studio, smelt like stale urine. the fitted linen on the pull out couch was terrible stained/dirty. the bathroom shower was full of pink grime.

The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was pleasant. Pet friendly. Great location!
Fee for mandatory pet cleaning should be disclosed prior to booking with hotel. I have no issues with paying a cleaning fee as I assumed this, however the amount should be disclosed.
Room was nice but not worth the $220+/night + $75 plus tax for pet cleaning.
Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher when we got to our room. Not a big deal but the dishwasher could've been turned on prior to our arrival. I assume this was an honest mistake by the housekeepers.
