Too expensive.

Hilton is a top notch chain. Theikr property on Church St. @ 7th Ave in Nashville lives up to Baron Hilton's standard of excellence. Great staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable and cozy rooms with plenty of space, and a short walk to Broadway.

I could only stay 3 nights.

Our Air conditioner in our suite was not working we called and had an engineer come and look and he said the unit had been acting up, but was never serviced. We dealt with a very rude front desk employee that took her time in finding us a different room at 10 o'clock at night. She ended up splitting up our family into 2 rooms that all they had. I asked to speak to the manager Kevin Clark the next morning trying to explain out situation and what a great inconvenience this was. I also told him how rude His front desk employee Latasha was to me. Kevin made excuses for her behavior, and later called my room and offered 1 night refund - i accepted. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS REFUND, i have emailed Kevin on status and no response.

The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and the location was within walking distance to Broadway so we were very pleased about that as well.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the room location made it so we could hear everyone coming back from the bars at 2 or 3 in the morning while we were trying to sleep.

Location!!! Perfect location! The room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Too small window in the room and it was facing to the lobby. I wish they will hame some vegetables in breakfast

I love that we got a hotel downtown close to Broadway but then again didn’t care for it. The staff was very helpful and nice. Valet was super nice. There was one lady that was going to charge me again when I had already paid.

For the price I paid for 2 nights that room could’ve had water in the refrigerator, didn’t like the pillows, didn’t like how we didn’t have a view it was a view of the inside of hotel, no ceiling fan light but there was a button for it.

Noice. Not very insulated. Also Construction noise.

staff who checked me in for my stay was rude and dismissive. when I approached the desk she was on the phone talking to a friend and never spoke one word to me. she held out her hand which she assumed I would understand she needed my credit card and ID, but she never stated this is why she held her hand out. all of the other staff I had interactions with were very friendly and helpful. Valet staff are exceptional!

Location and room were nice

The interior facing rooms have a blinding light for the lobby chandelier that makes the rooms unable to be dark at night. I paid nearly $500 for a single nights stay and couldnt get any sleep because the room stayed lit all night.

Break fast was excellent. Excellent, stylish, spotless,food excellent, eggs were above and beyond, best muffins ever, service was over the top. David was everywhere, efficient, accommodating and friendly. Valet guys were exceptional, upbeat, so helpful and accommodating. They did a lot of running! Front desk went the extra mile and they were super informative helpful and friendly. Room very modern and comfortable. Bed excellent, bathroom super, especially the shower!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff members were awesome, and very friendly! It felt like home away from home!

I loved the location, the room was clean and well laid out, made feel I was at home. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the amenities like the complimentary laundry room and the Managers Reception on Wednesdays. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots to offer and choose from. Staff was very helpful. Valets were very courteous and helpful as well. They anticipated what we needed.

We were in a suite and there was one tiny little metal shelf for soap and no place for a husband and wife's shampoos, conditioners, soaps, and cleansers. You need lots more shelving in those showers. Wifi was slow and not very strong in our room. 213 was our room.

Complementary breakfast was great !! Very clean and lots of food available

Rooms should be provided and stocked with water bottles on a daily basis

location, quiet, cleanliness, size of room, felt safe and comfortable washer and dryer available for guest use!

booking said we would have city view and courtyard view. We had a view of a parking garage so very little natural light and no privacy with the curtains open.
