The family had a great stay

The staff was very nice and our rooms met expectations. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was large enough to fit a number of children who were staying at the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good.

Granola or muesli to go with the yogurt at breakfast would been nice.

It’s a good property to stay in. Definitely recommend.

Front desk Staff was helpful. Property is spacious and very good.

Breakfast was not good at all. They serve breakfast in paper plates and we were asked to used plastic cutlery which is not a good experience at all.

Exceptional

The location is great, not far from Ottawa. Breakfast has good choices. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are great, were a family of 5, we get room with bedroom, has lots of room for us. We put our slower cooker on for dinner.

Could be more pots and pans in rooms for cooking meals. Rooms should all have keurig coffee makers.

Overall, quite pleasant. Already recommended to a couple of people.

Easy check-in, courteous staff, clean room and good breakfast.

There were noises coming from somewhere, which made sleeping a little difficult.

request early check in did not receive the internet did not work was on the phone with tech for over I hour to get it fixed they double billed me still waiting for correction empty Kleenex box had to request box they adjusted my bill a few dollars still have not seen any correction on my credit card billed double for full amount showing 967 for 2 nights very disappointed in the brand will not use in the future

Perfect for the one night stay I needed in Kanata, albeit a little pricey.

Perfect location for what I needed. Was in Kanata for a concert and wouldn't have been able to catch the bus back into Ottawa after it was finished. Room was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a one night stay.

Room could have done with a kettle; I wanted to make some tea before checking out and catching the bus the next morning, but the room only had a coffee machine that didn't seem able to make tea with the teabags provided.

Pool was clean with good sun exposure Good American Breakfast Good Room location - quiet with plenty of day light

onsite additional parking could be marked clearly. we arrived late and had to wait for front desk to guide us to the top level in the two-level parking next to the property.

So great and comforting. They really made our not so happy reason for visiting so much fun.

The room felt like our own apartment. There was so much room and everything we needed to cook and relax as a family. The two separate rooms were so nice because once the kids went to bed we could stay up and watch tv in the living room.
